Rapper's Delight
Well, okay - Lil Jon, the blinged-out will.I.am, Lil Jon, and Russell Simmons aren't rappers per se (even Will, a founding Black Eyed Pea, makes more money from his production work these days). Still, given their contributions to the artform, we're standing by the title - I mean, who's more important to rap: Russell Simmons or, say, Jibbs?
I have to give will.I.am some credit for his work in the booth lately - I was never really crazy about the Black Eyed Peas, but his beats are so fire-hot that I'm rethinking my position!
