Jennifer Lopez's hubby, Marc Anthony, tells Extra "Jennifer is training for a triathlon, in October....I'm very supportive. I'll be on my Segway (encouraging her)." Lopez's intense training includes biking, running and swimming.
As you may recall, Katie Holmes ran the New York Marathon a year and a half after she gave birth to Suri, so perhaps J. Lo is following in her footsteps? That's one way to lose the baby weight and get back in shape!
