We caught My Name Is Earl's Jaime Pressly - who just won an Emmy, congrats! - at West Hollywood hot spot Cravings for lunch yesterday. The svelte new mom even chatted up our photogs about her baby boy Dezi who's five months old already! Ya gotta give props to Jaime for shedding the pregnancy weight so fast. Of course, as you can see in the video, it seems like smoking played some small part in the process...

She is gorgeous, but now would be a good time to kick the nicotine habit. Even if she doesn't smoke directly around the baby, it is a bad example. Smokers have smoker children.
