This is some sad news.

Father to Jamie Lynn Spears' daughter Maddie, 19-year-old Casey Aldridge was in a serious car wreck last night in Jackson, Mississippi, reports Radar...

The teenager was driving home with two male buds and crashed his Ford F150 at 1:30 am - Casey apparently has a hematoma and may have to undergo surgery as doctors worry he has a possible blood clot in his brain.

Jamie Lynn is by his side. Our best wishes are with him during this difficult time...

JL's lookin' all kinds of cute after the birth of her daughter Maddie Briann and she must be SO happy to have Auntie Brit in town to visit!

Jamie Lynn headed into town on some errands while Brit was back at Serenity with her mom, the boys, and the baby - hey, free babysitting for JL - she's gotta take advantage of having the family around!

Here's a shocker - The National Enquirer is reporting that Brit's little sister is knocked up AGAIN!

Jamie Lynn Spears just gave birth to her first child, Maddie Briann on June 19, and the newspaper reports that the 17-year-old is already eight weeks pregnant with her second child, and both her and mother Lynne "are hysterical."

A source for the magazine adds that "neither of them knows what to do, but for now they're trying to keep the news from getting out." Jamie Lynn reportedly believed that she couldn't get pregnant while she was breast-feeding, and according to a source for the paper, when her home pregnancy test came back positive she "cried her eyes out."

Would Jamie Lynn really be this careless again? Or do you think she actually wanted to get pregnant again? And who's the daddy? So many questions!

Jamie Lynn Spears traveled across the country to visit with her mom Lynne and sister Britney... and to show off her adorable newborn daughter Maddie!

Before Brit threw a birthday bash for her two boys on Saturday, she made sure to bond with her little sis and mom!

Mmm, not so much!

Jamie Lynn Spears - along with baby Maddie - flew to LA the other day and went straight to Britney's house to hang out with her older sis and K-Fed... we even got a couple pix, check 'em out HERE!

So who's this girl above at LAX? Turns out the Spears family hired a Jamie Lynn-lookalike to throw off the photogs at the airport so the real JL could arrive in peace.

Hmm, but don't ya think they coulda put a little extra effort into the whole charade? Maybe a doll in a car seat carrier - or something!

Yesterday we broke the news that Jamie Lynn Spears and baby Maddie flew to Los Angeles and went straight to Britney's house, where they met up with Britney and K-Fed. K-Fed was at Britney's place to pick up the boys, but he stuck around for a while so he could hang out with Jamie Lynn and meet the youngest member of the Spears clan.

So what's going on here? Jayden James' 2nd birthday is on Friday, and Sean Preston's 3rd birthday is on Sunday, September 14, so they're expected to have a big birthday bash this weekend for the boys.

The youngest Spears arrived in LA this afternoon and headed STRAIGHT to sister Brit's house to introduce little Maddie to her aunt.

But the REAL surprise is that Maddie got to meet her ex-step-half uncle, or whatever he is - Kevin!

KFed was at Britney's to pick up Sean and Jayden and, like he did for the first time last week, he went inside and hung out for a bit -- in fact, he appeared to stay JUST to wait for JL so HE TOO could meet the baby. He was inside for a total of about 45 minutes. It's the third time in a week he's gone inside WITHOUT a bodyguard to chill!

SO much to think about! A Britney/Jamie Lynn reunion; an aunt meeting her niece for the second time after the birth; and Brit and Kevin spending time together!!!

News is emerging that Jamie Lynn Spears' baby daddy, Casey Aldrige, not only "cheated" on his then 16 year-old, 6 months'-pregnant girlfriend, but got her pregnant!

Britney fan site BreatheHeavy is reporting the story following In Touch Weekly's report that Casey had fooled around on his fiancee Jamie Lynn.

But Jordan, over at BH, says Kelli got knocked up and had an ABORTION in 2007!!!

After the ITW story, 19 year-old Casey denied the affair, saying the 28 year-old Dawson fabricated the entire thing to make money. But can he deny this? BH says ITW has proof to back up the whole thing.

Meanwhile, Jamie and Lynne are less than excited about the prospect of their youngest daughter marrying into this mess, of course. What better timing for this to come out, just before the two were to finally get hitched! ITW will have the whole story this week ...

So who's telling the truth here??? Will Casey be able to weasel his way out of this one?

We were quick to dismiss the rumors of trouble in paradise between Jamie Lynn Spears and her babydaddy Casey Aldridge - but InTouch Weekly is bringing 'em back big time!

Kelli's Sordid Tale
This week's issue claims that Casey has been seeing a woman in her late twenties named Kelli Dawson since 2006. At the time, of course, Casey was busy dating Jamie Lynn - although Dawson claims that Casey hardly let his romance with the teen queen cramp his style!

"We were both really attracted to each other," Dawson told InTouch. "He totally instigated it and pursued me. His friends would tell me that he liked me, that he thought I was pretty."

While Jamie-Lynn Was Pregnant!!!!!
As for Casey's relationship with Jamie Lynn, Dawson paints a less-than-flattering picture. "You never knew if they were broken up or not," she said, "because it changed from day to day!"

And Casey's response, according to Dawson, was to hook up with her all the more frequently - in fact, she even claims she and Casey were sleeping together when Jamie Lynn announced to the world that she was pregnant!

Luckily, Casey came to his senses and stopped sleeping with her several months before Jamie Lynn gave birth to their daughter, according to Dawson. "It just didn't feel right," she says. "He had to deal with the baby coming, and it had to stop."

Still Seeing Each Other?
Of course, there's plenty two illicit lovers can get up to besides pure sexual relations - and Dawson claims that "even after we stopped having sex, we would still kiss occasionally"!

"Sometimes, we would go to his house or we would fool around in his truck, just driving around and then parking," she admitted.

"I see him all the time, at least once a week," Dawson threw in for good measure.

We're guessing Jamie Lynn's gonna put a stop to that!

Keepin' It Kentwood
OK! Magazine reports that the teen queen plans to marry her babydaddy Casey Aldridge before the end of the year. But if you're expecting a grand gala wedding, prepare to be disappointed - the teen queen's planning a quiet, private ceremony on the grounds of Serenity, her mother's house in Kentwood!

"She's not going to get married at some luxury resort in the Caribbean or a hotel in Beverly Hills," a friend of Jamie Lynn told OK! "Her own backyard with just the people who matter most is more Jamie Lynn's style."

Slimming Down For The Big Day?
No matter where she gets married, however, Jamie Lynn plans on looking glamorous in her wedding dress - according to her friend, she's already dropped all her baby weight!

"She has the cutest figure," her friend gushes to OK! "She's already down to her pre-pregnancy weight."

Britney Lends A Hand - And So Does Maddie!
True to form, the rest of the Spears clan is already rallying around Jamie Lynn to make sure her special day goes off perfectly - including both her big sister Britney and her little daughter Maddie Briann!

Britney, OK! confirms, will be Jamie Lynn's maid of honor in the ceremony; Casey's sister Ashlee will also be one of her bridesmaids. They're even hearing that Jamie Lynn wants her infant daughter Maddie Briann involved in the wedding - possibly being carried into the ceremony in a basket decorated with flowers

Heck, why settle for a basket of flowers? With all the money the Spears family's making off OK! Magazine for this exclusive, they'll be able to bring Maddie in horseback!

Jamie Lynn pimps out shows off baby Maddie on the cover of OK! Mag this week and here's what she tells the mag about her baby girl's name:

"Maddie is a name that Casey thought of, and I really liked it. Briann was because, a week and a half before she was born, one of Casey's cousins, who he was really close with, passed. He was in a car accident. His name was Brian. She's also named after my older brother, Bryan Spears. We just added another "N" to it and made her Maddie Briann."

Awwww ...

And here's what JL's mom Lynne told the mag about her daughter being a soccer mom:

"What kind of mom is Jamie Lynn going to be? A very good mom. She's warm and nurturing. And the most fun time will be when she's the soccer mom, the carpool mom. That was the most fun I had as a mother."

Baby Maddie Briann got her first police escort today when she and mom Jamie Lynn were sprung from Mississippi Southwest Regional Hospital by baby daddy Casey at 1:40 a.m., according to Us Weekly.

Jamie Lynn returning home (to her mom's house, Serenity) two days after the birth seems to bolster reports that JL did NOT have a C-section, as earlier reports said.

The Spears family may have rallied around Jamie Lynn at the hospital - but that's nothing compared to the show of support they've got lined up for the teen queen when the hospital lets her out!

One Big Happy Family
E! Online reports that the teen queen checks out of the hospital, she and fiancee Casey Aldridge will spend their first week or so at Serenity with Lynne, Jamie, and her brother Bryan. Even Casey's family is fairly close to the Spears family compound - how convenient!

And, of course, if Jamie Lynn and Casey ever need some time alone, they could always head back to their own house - after all, it's already got a fully-stocked nursery!

Will Britney Be There Too?

E! also asserts that Jamie Lynn's big sister Britney is looking forward to helping out with the baby. Of course, other reports have Britney taking off from Kentwood earlier today, but E! seems pretty sure of themselves, claiming that Britney's already been worked into the rotation of Spears family members helping feed Maddie Briann and ease Jamie Lynn's transition into motherhood. We can't confirm either way yet - but our eyewitnesses down in Louisiana will be sure to let you know what they see down South!

Maddie Briann To Meet Her Cousins!
But even if Britney can't make it back to Serenity, a source tells E! that she's definitely looking forward to introducing Sean Preston and Jayden to their new cousin!

"Even before her sister gave birth," E!'s contact claims, "Britney was saying how she wanted to take her boys back home with her. She wants them there so they can meet their new little cousin when she comes home from the hospital."

Will Kevin Object?
Of course, without approval from the boys' father Kevin Federline, Sean and Jayden won't be going anywhere for a while - and it sounds like that's how Kevin wants it. "He's really happy for Jamie Lynn and loves that the boys will have a little cousin to play with," E!'s insider says. "But I think he'd prefer to wait until the baby is old enough to travel to California."

"She's so little right now, anyway. The boys can't really play with her or anything. I mean, what are these kids really going to do together? So why not wait until the timing is a little better for everyone?"

We, of course, would beg to differ - after all, if Maddie Briann's going to be meeting her whole family, why not let her meet her whole family?

Britney, bro Bryan, and mom and pop Lynne and Jamie are all Jamie Lynn's side at the Mississippi hospital where she gave birth yesterday to baby girl Maddie Briann.

Our photogs say they haven't seen baby daddy Casey Aldridge leave since JL arrived at the hospital to give birth. This is one dedicated family!

Jamie Lynn Spears is a natural mother - but new reports suggest she may be even more natural than previously thought!

OK! Magazine reports that the new mommy did not deliver Maddie Briann via c-section, confirming that Spears delivered her first daughter naturally at 9:33 AM yesterday morning.

Calls to Jamie Lynn's publicist were not returned in time for publication.

What do you think? Guess we'll know soon - after all, c-section patients have to stay in the hospital a few days longer than women who give birth normally!
