The one visitor rule -- credibility -- who to believe, Lynne or Sam. Don't assume that just because Sam brought a burger to the hospital that he saw Britney. She has phone privileges. She may be allowed outside food. She could have called him and he brought it to the reception desk. Considering she's in detox, it is doubtful the hospital would let anything in without inspecting it.
I don't see a "direct conflict" here. Considering how many times I've seen complicated facts reduced to a misleading 5 second soundbyte, it is more likely that the reporters either misinterpreted or didn't ask enough detailed questions to get to the facts.

Britney Spears may have her parents back in her life, but they face a struggle against her close confidant.
Her manager, Sam Lutfi, has lawsuits against him for harassing behaviour, it was reported today.
He was issued with a restraining order involving an old friend last year after he reportedly sent nude photos of him to his family and encouraged him to commit suicide.

Lutfi was described as a " dangerous person" by the friend, Danny Haines, who also gained court protection for his mother and sister after Lufti made threats against them.
A neighbour of Lufti's, Douglas Snoland, filed a similar complaint in 2004 and was granted a three-year restraining order.
He claimed Lufti made verbal threats of bodily harm against him and his mother. A third complaint was filed, according to MTV News, by business acquaintance Jumana Issa in 2005, who said Lutfi bombarded her with harassing emails, phone calls and faxes. It was dismissed when she failed to appear in court.
Now, according to friends of Lutfi, he boasts that he "controls 99 per cent of [Spears's] life". On Monday the singer, 26, jumped out of Lufti's car after a screaming row and sat weeping on the kerb outside her Hollywood home.

Britney SpearsSources tell TMZ Britney's divorce lawyers and the lawyers representing the conservatorship may collide in a "last one standing" dispute.

We know Britney's divorce team at the law firm of Trope and Trope has been dealing with newly-exiled Sam Lutfi and believes he is well-meaning. Jamie Spears, the freshly appointed co-conservator, has made it clear he dislikes the Trope firm and wants them out of Britney's life - in large part because of the firm's alliance with Sam.

Lutfi is furious at the commissioner who issued the various orders today and has been in touch with Trope and Trope numerous times this afternoon. Based on those conversations, the firm believes the orders defy Britney's wishes because she feels great ill will toward her dad.

So here's the scenario. It's possible Trope and Trope could go to court Monday at 1:30 and challenge the choice of conservator. If Jamie Spears is in it for the long hall, it's also possible one of his first orders of business will be to 86 Trope and Trope from Britney's life.

Lynne Responds to Lufti's Lies

That set off Lynne Spears, who spoke to Seacrest to set the record straight on her role as a mother and her concern for a daughter in trouble.

Lynne, speaking as a worried mother, told Seacrest her only concern is for her daughter's well-being and she just wants Britney to get better. Lynne said she is doing everything she can and sees her role as mom to a child who clearly needs help.

To that end, Lynne and husband Jamie Spears are headed to court to be named co-conservators, in charge of making decisions for their daughter. They also want an independent third party appointed, which would no doubt marginalize Lufti's role.

Lynee went on to say that she hopes people will question the reports they're hearing from the media and consider the source. She's afraid that everything going on is diverting attention from the real issue—Britney's health.

I don't think it was Sam's idea to get Brit help in hospital care, from what's been circulating so far, Brit's lawyers got her a good Psychiatrist who is the one who ordered her to be hospitalised, just before that happened Sam has a fight with Brit and she storms off in tears, we seen supposed text messages of Sam texting Adnan to tell him to back out of her life that he is a "manic trigger" for Brit, and he needs to get out before he kills her?, seems he was panicking when he learned of the plan to get her committed as he knew if that happened Brit might lose control of her money and finances and what would that mean for him??? he knew he would be cast out of her life by her parents and no longer be on her payroll, he knew her parents would gain all control, he would no longer live in Britney's circle, i don't doubt the parents knew of the plan but it would not have happened i'm sure if it wasn't for the new Psychiatrist, good on her, now the leeches can go somewhere else, if they really wanted to help her they would have jobs somewhere else, and not be driving around with her allowing her to go on and on with the out of control antic, thank God things are going the way they should have a long time ago, no matter what her parents are like i still think she's less in danger with them in control then anyone of her so called "friends".

4. a very good publisist! It is the job to foresee a media nightmare before it happens. They TRY, and try is the key word, to censor the words of their client. They put out the media fires caused by the client, to the best of their abilities. Hey, just an example, Rosie had a great one who kept her under raps for years.
5. Some supervised visitation. Like it or not, she needs to see those kids and they need to see her. In this setting, if it gets out of hand, the plug will be pulled IMMEDIATELY.

The media is not without fault. There is much misinformation and unethical "reporting" going on, but Britney herself is fueling the fire.
If you need something from the drug store, send an assistant, maid etc. Have someone in your employ fill your gas tank....

It was Sam who was working with Britney's psychiatrist to get her committed, it was Sam who worked with the police to pre-arrange the escort to the hospital, and it was Britney's mom who "became extremely upset" because Sam did that. Britney trusted Sam and she did not resist, and the commitment went smooth and Britney was quiet until her parents weaseled in to help... to help themselves to an opportunity to seize control of Brit's assets!

We have NEVER seen a picture of Mr. Lufti without him wearing a baseball cap. It is a fact that many balding men wear caps because they feel they do not look good bald. It is a common ploy to recapture the virility of a faded youth. BUT EVERY DAY 24/7? I suspect he sleeps and showers wearing a baseball cap or some other sort of head-covering apparatus. This is clearly an obsessive/compulsive trait and indicates deep unaddressed insecurities, anger and resentment.

It is an outward sign that he is "hiding" something and that he is uncomfortable with himself. His baseball cap serves as a "mask" to hide his true nature.

It is my professional opinion that removing his baseball cap should be the first step in Sam's fight for sanity. But he has a long road ahead of him. Yeah, it makes me wonder how many of her friends and the people she was in the business with he intercepted to keep her isolated.

At first, I thought Sam did have Brit's best interests at heart (even if he is an ass - still better than Adnan) but NO MORE! Britney is displaying the traits of a "meth addict" not bi-polar as everyone is trying to say. She even is looking more addicted to meth with all the sores on her face.
