I am conservator of the body and not the estate.. These people conserverd her estate before conserving her body.. If she is that disabled a doc would of given them all the signed papers they needed.. The judge in the hearing today has issued a restraining order against Sam Lutfi -- ordering him to stay away from Britney Spears.

The judge found that Lutfi has been harassing Britney. Thus the civil harassment restraining order.

This will effectively bar Lutfi from going to the hospital.

The restraining order is in effect for 22 days, but court observer and uber-attorney Goldie Schon tells TMZ that Brit's folks could turn it into a permanent order at the end of those 22 days.

My concern is that papers were not drawn up for the conservatorship of her body. How do they get the estate papers in on time and not the papers to make sure that you can make decisions for her health. Yes, they can go and lock doors and freeze accounts. What about making sure that you can make the right medical decisions for your daughter. If she is too sick to make sound decisions when it comes to her finances, isn't it more important to make sure and file the right papers so you as a parent can make sure she is getting the right medical help? I don't understand how these parents could file conservatorship over the estate and not the body. How does a concerned parent make such a mistake. They say they have been planning this for quite awhile. So, how do you make such a mistake? Is her health not as important as her money..

That is my point from my first post here. When I read that they had not filed the papers to conserve her body/health decisions, it didn't sit right with me. Just because they are parents does not mean that they only have what is best for Brit in mind. I think they are thinking what is best for them first. It does not sit right with me.. From my understanding, Britney is still under the ordered evaluation and the doctors are more than likely still trying to give her a proper diagnosis and meds. It's her doctors that are in control of her until the 72 hours are up. It's kind of irrelevant right now. This is most likely the question behind the conservatorship of her body.

I don't think they could get her credit card shut off BUT I do think maybe Sam wasn't paying her bills and was helping her spend her money.
When they went to Kitsons, Sam said he and Chad bought their own stuff. I highly doubt that to be true. I still don't think to this day he even had her towed Benz picked up from impound.

Britney Spears may have her parents back in her life, but they face a struggle against her close confidant.
Her manager, Sam Lutfi, has lawsuits against him for harassing behaviour, it was reported today.
He was issued with a restraining order involving an old friend last year after he reportedly sent nude photos of him to his family and encouraged him to commit suicide.

Lutfi was described as a " dangerous person" by the friend, Danny Haines, who also gained court protection for his mother and sister after Lufti made threats against them.
A neighbour of Lufti's, Douglas Snoland, filed a similar complaint in 2004 and was granted a three-year restraining order.
He claimed Lufti made verbal threats of bodily harm against him and his mother. A third complaint was filed, according to MTV News, by business acquaintance Jumana Issa in 2005, who said Lutfi bombarded her with harassing emails, phone calls and faxes. It was dismissed when she failed to appear in court.
Now, according to friends of Lutfi, he boasts that he "controls 99 per cent of [Spears's] life". On Monday the singer, 26, jumped out of Lufti's car after a screaming row and sat weeping on the kerb outside her Hollywood home.

I am reading all yours posts and am amazed that people think Sam has good intentions and that her family does not. Does anyone remember that since Sam has been in the picture Britney has declined mentally worse and worse and that she cut off all ties with her parents while Sam was in the picture. WHO is Sam? How did he get so into her life??? I think Sam has ulterior motives and is threatened by Adnan and Brits parents. Britney is a sick girl, she needs help..she needs her family.
