In a declaration filed in the Brit conservatorship case, a lawyer for the conservators accused Sam Lutfi of demanding money from poor Brit.

Attorney Jeryll Cohen wrote, "During the telephone conversation, Mr. Grossman [Brit's business manager] told me that he had numerous e-mails from Osama (Sam) Lutfi in which Mr. Lutfi made various demands, including demands for money. Mr. Grossman told me he did not comply with Mr. Lutfi's demands."

Cohen and the other lawyers have asked the court commissioner to let the conservators fire Mr. Grossman, in part because they say he has refused to provide copies of Lutfi's e-mails to them.

And it is very possible that all parties were making unwise decisions because they were not fully aware of just how desperate her personal situation was becoming. Parents cannot help an adult child unless the stars align, a la court system, to allow them to help.

There are so many things wrong with your post where to begin! Kevin's NOT keeping her from seeing the boys ~ the commish has that honor. Brit's parents ARE on her side. Jamie's goal is for her to get well so she CAN see her babies. Brit cut her family ties because she blamed them for her rehab stints last year. She hand delivers a letter to Lynne telling her to stay away from her boys and we later learn Brit called the paps so they could get the money shot of it all! It's britarded people like you that keep on making excuses for her and blaming others rather than where the blame should sit which is placed squarely on Brit's shoulders!
