In a new interview airing this Wednesday, Janet Jackson blames Dr. Conrad Murray for her brother's death this past June, and she added that she feels he should no longer be allowed to practice medicine.

In a sit down with Robin Roberts on the ABC News special, In the Spotlight, Janet says, "He was the one that was administering. I think he is responsible."

Janet recounted the events on the day Michael died, telling Robin, "I was at my house in New York. You know, another day. Another morning. And I get a call ... [my assistant] said, 'Your brother's been taken to the hospital. It's on CNN right now.' I called everyone's. There's a line busy or - someone wasn't picking up. I spoke to mother. I spoke to Tito. I spoke to my nephew Austin. I spoke to my sister La Toya. I told them to call me when they got to the hospital. And I remember thinking nobody's calling me back, so I tried calling again, and that's how I found out that he was no longer ... I couldn't believe it."

Jackson said that she and the entire family were in a state of disbelief. "It just didn't ring true to me. It felt like a dream," she said. "It's still so difficult for me to believe. It's, you know, you have to accept what is. But it's hard. You have to move on with your life. You have to accept what is and I understand that."

Janet Jackson had lunch with Tyra Banks at Villa Blanca in Beverly Hills yesterday, and Tyra must have been cracking jokes the entire time, because when Janet left she could not stop smiling! So good to see her out enjoying life, especially after all the drama she's dealt with over the past 6 months!

She's no Posh, but JJ looks pretty damn good after hitting down at LAX after a flight from Dubai! I know La Toya is the Jackson sister putting herself in the public eye the most after brother Michael's death, but I still love Janet more...

...and that's just the way love goes!

Who's gonna buy her greatest hits/compilation album when it arrives on November 17th?

Michael isn't the only Jackson with a new tune out - Janet Jackson is adding a new single to her upcoming greatest hits album.

Her new song "Make Me" will be added to her two-disc album greatest hits collection, titled Number Ones, which will be released on November 17. Number Ones will include everything from from her 1986 hit “Control,” to last year's “Discipline.”

Can't wait to hear some fresh music from JJ!

After an emotional appearance on last night's VMA's, Janet posted a new single on her website.

"Make Me" sounds very Michael inspired (circa Off The Wall), and after Janet's recent slump, we think she's got a hit on her hands with this one!

For the first time since her brother's death, Janet Jackson is speaking out about how she's handling her grief and how she plans to move forward with her life.

In a heartbreaking new interview, Janet tells Harper's Bazaar that she's still having a hard time accepting that her brother is gone, and at one point, she nearly broke down when she talked about the late pop icon. "My brother is, I mean was..." she trailed off, stared at the floor and then continued, "You have to forgive me, because it's really hard to believe he's passed."

Janet added that she can't even bear to watch the news. "It will drive you crazy. People can have rhinoceros skin, but there's a point when something's going to hurt you," she says. "Not everyone is stone, stone. I haven't watched the news in weeks. I had to ask my chef, 'How's Obama doing?' I haven't read a newspaper."

Janet recalls the last time she saw her brother, which was on May 14 at a family get together. "We had so much fun that day. We kept calling each other after and saying how great it was." Janet reveals that she's been keeping herself busy with work, and she recently spent a long weekend at the beach. "It was the first time I had to myself since Michael passed, the first time I could get away since all of that," says the Grammy-winning singer. "Work helps focus all of that energy on something that is of value to you."

When asked about her brother's children, as well as Paris' teary farewell to her father at the televised memorial on July 7, Janet said, "I was really proud. People said to me that Michael's daughter speaking really gave them a sense of how he was as a father, in her words. Paris is incredibly smart; they are all so smart. She's a sweet girl. The kids are doing well. They're with all their cousins; that family love will keep them going."

Janet talks about marriage and children, and she tells the mag that as far as having her own kids, she's open to adoption, but "if I'm really supposed to have kids, it will happen, if that's God's plan for me."

Not only did Janet Jackson release a new publicity image, but she has a new album coming out, and a new Twitter account! We know the pop singer has a history of reinventing herself, so it should be interesting to see what she has planned!

Janet Jackson has offered to raise her brother's children, according to Inside Edition, and CBS News reports that Janet has bonded with the children quite a bit since their father's death.

Inside Edition's Jim Moret said, "[Janet] has said, 'I'll step forward and I will raise them if this is what they want.'" Prince, Paris and Blanket are currently staying at the Jackson family compound in Encino, California with Katherine Jackson, and it appears as though they are coping with their father's death the best they can. Moret says he's talked to a family friend who reports that the children are grieving, "but are happy because they're with their relatives."

Think Janet will really get the kids? Would they live a seemingly normal life, or would Joe somehow weasel his way into the picture and try to exploit them? And what about Debbie? So many questions!

The guardianship hearing for the Jackson children is scheduled for Monday August 3.

After nearly seven years together, Janet Jackson and longtime boyfriend Jermaine Dupri have split, sources close to the couple have confirmed.

An insider tells Us Weekly that the two have been moving in different directions for a while, and that "[Jermaine's] friends are telling people it's over." Another source added, "Janet felt their lives were too crossed and they should have kept things separate." Additionally, the two were very different types of people: "Jermaine likes to be out there, mingling with everybody, and Janet's more shy."

This really isn't a great time for a breakup! Geez, poor JJ! And Jessica Simpson thought she had it bad!

A teary Janet Jackson spoke to the world last night at the BET Awards in LA, saying:

"I would just like to say that to you, Michael is an icon. To us, Michael is family, and he will forever live in all of our hearts ... On behalf of my family and myself, thank you for all your love; thank you for all your support. We miss him so much."

She also told the audience: "My entire family wanted to be here tonight, but it was just too painful so they elected me to speak with all of you."

Well, apparently it wasn't so painful for daddy Joe Jackson because he attended the awards show and basked in the spotlight, giving every media outlet who asked, an interview on the red carpet.

Looks like Janet Jackson's Rock Witchu tour is officially over, and sadly, before it really began. JanetFanClub.com announced today that previously postponed dates will not be rescheduled, and individuals who have purchased tickets through their website will receive a full refund.

The site released the following statement: "It was announced today that the remaining Janet Jackson's Rock Witchu tour dates which were postponed due to illness, will not be rescheduled due to conflicts in the singer's schedule."

After canceling six shows on her Rock Witchu tour due to a mystery illness, it looked like Janet was finally well enough to return to the stage, but now Access Hollywood is reporting that Janet has canceled yet again.

A rep for tour promoter Live Nation just released the following statement: “Janet Jackson’s anticipated return to her Rock Witchu tour tomorrow (10/11) in Uncasville, CT, has been postponed due to doctor’s orders." The rep added that Janet’s tour would resume on October 13 in Verona, New York.

Yesterday Live Nation announced that Janet would be taking the stage this Saturday in Uncasville, Connecticut, and said, "[Janet] has been under her doctor's care and recuperating over the last week, is excited about getting back on the road and again being able to share with her fans what she feels is one of her best stage shows ever."

Janet was forced to cancel her show in Montreal on September 29 after she was rushed to the hospital, and concerts in Boston, Atlanta, Fort Lauderdale, Philadelphia and Greensboro, North Carolina were subsequently canceled as well.

It looks like Janet has delayed three more shows due to the fact that the singer is still "recuperating" (so said her publicist in a statement) after being hospitalized last week, reports the AP...

This comes after Janet also cancelled concerts earlier in the week after her hospital visit. But don't worry - the dates will be rescheduled.

Wow, this is kinda strange! Either Ms. Jackson really injured herself or the 42-year-old is just not cut out for this anymore!

UPDATE: Janet has been released from the Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal after spending several hours being treated for an unknown condition.

Janet Jackson had to be rushed to the hospital last night, just before her 'Rock Witchu' show in Montreal. According to her publicist, Janet "got ill suddenly" during the sound check and was forced to cancel the show. It's not clear what's ailing the 42 year old singer, but her peeps say Janet plans to reschedule the cancelled show.
