I've loved this guy ever since the days of Freaks and Geeks and SLC Punk, but even though he stars in a the smash hit How I Met Your Mother (not to mention this summer's Forgetting Sarah Marshall) there's something so, well, forgettable about him!
I even forgot that we saw his penis like five times in the Sarah Marshall movie!
