No one has to supervise me with my children because I am a capable, attentive and loving parent. I know a kid (he was 2 at the time) and he wasn't feeling well so his Mommy gave him Children's Benadryl. All of a sudden he became very lethargic, didn't want to look in the direction of the person talking to him and then FROM HEAD TO TOE broke out in hives! We immediately rushed him to minor emergency and the 2 doctors on call, passed all the other patients in the waiting room and bee lined for this little boy.
Whoops! What we thought was a devestating "fade-out" siezure, was in fact an allergic reaction to Benedryl. We know not to do that anymore, but for a the time he was lethargic and nearly unresponsive, we were crazy with worry. The very next day, he was his fun loving happy self again...and we don't ever buy Benadryl...ever!
See? What is a preliminary diagnosis can be totally different from the actual prognosis once all the tests come back. So? They thought, just by the symptoms it was a seizure, but further tests showed an allergic reaction to something.
Britney reacted like any other caring concerned Mom. She got him to the hospital...whether or not SHE called the ambulance is irrelevent, she got him help, that's what's important.
As far as FAS or habitual drug use during her pregnancy, that's just ludicrous. She was filmed daily out with Preston as her belly grew with Jayden. Before she had her meltdown, she was good to herself, and her babies...then BAM! Off the deep end.

When a child is subject to abuse or neglect or improper care, it reflects very poorly on their immune system. When they're not loved like they should be, it's the same.
