Not all rich kids have it handed to them. Maybe she was expected to earn her own way in ref. to extras and such. Sounds about right, considering the hard worker she is today.

Mom and dad may have been rich but that doesn't mean she was. I'm sure she has no idea what the rest of us live like but at least her parents tried to show her the value of hard work.

Know she went to Rudolph Steiner (a very expensive private school in NY), then to a public HS for the arts. Don't think she had any higher education than that. She lies a lot in these interviews and saying she had to scrub toilet bowls will make her more relatable (or so her PR machine thinks) and make people forget that she spends $10 thousand a month on her hair alone, not to mention 2 full time chefs, butler, housekeeper, dog walker, personal trainer, personal stylist, personal assistant, bodyguards, etc. Yeah, she's the girl next door (if you live in Beverly Hills and can afford a $25 mil mansion). Such a phony, and the suckers (I mean fans) fall for it hook, line and sinker.

If not for men fleeing from her before they get tainted as her boyfriend (Bradley Cooper), getting dumped twice ( John Mayer), Having a fiance( Tate Dovovan) describe her as high maintenance, a husband leave her(Brad Pitt), and generally being the laughing stock of the personal relationship world, she creates a nice fantasy world. Makes one wonder why a woman with supposedly everything would willing participate in the dating debacle that has been her life the last 5 years? Does she really want to get humiliated because she doesn't think much of herself? Even rich woman have self esteem problems. Money can't make you like who you are. I'd think she'd have more pride than that.

@3:09, you know an awful lot of "facts" about this person. If you work for her, you should identify yourself. Otherwise how would you be such an Aniston authority? LOL. Also, insults don't get you very far. In past interviews, she said her mother made her clean her own room. It's not like she worked as a maid at Motel 6 or something. In many past interviews, she's expressed great resentment for her mother so painting it as a healthy upbringing isn't really accurate. She's always quoted about her feud with her mother and her mother calling her ugly and making her clean - sounds like a Cinderella complex or something. As usual, she or those around her have a pr agenda and for some reason seem to want to minimize her wealth right now. Saying she had absolutely no money is melodramatic. She didn't starve or go without shoes as many kids do. She went to an elite private school and perhaps didn't have an allowance or an abundance of luxuries but she was hardly impoverished. All these pr manipulations have grown tedious. People are getting more savvy, just stick to truth and make good movies and all will be well.
