Jen can only deal with staged relationships not genuine intimacy or family. That is where she differs from 99% of other women who feel intimacy and maternity are deeply important. Jen's maternal relationship is awkwardly pushed into CC and her few friends. Jen doesn't mind kissing guys she barely knows, and hanging on them, awkwardly pulling them. The real issue is control, because she doesn't want to be in a losing situation like her mother. These games she plays with males (like Mayer) don't become intimate, they are always meant to control, and it leaves the male confused. To her this is a game, a defence mechanism, a way of dealing and fighting a potentially destructive situation. This was partly the reason she did so well in the TV show, because acting relationships kept her apart from deep unresolved unstable emotions within herself. But it has kept her in a state of psychological immaturity, where even though she is 40 she still attempts, in futility to play the part of a young girl.... not a woman.... not a potential mother. Her fundamental relationships to males is a hidden hostility and this is biologically compounded by a nicotine addiction.

Even the relationship with her exhusband was an act for an audience. Hairstyles, cigarettes, vanity, games, bitter barbs. All for money. All for the audience.... and not enough for love. That is why she could never become pregnant, it would mean the negation of the "romantic acting" persona. The unconscious goal with Jen is to use male/female relationships to manipulate and control either; the media, men, money or powerful people. To get pregnant is foreign to that position. Through the angle of a single unhappy woman, she has gradually grown psychologically disconnected from her true emotional state.... and Hollywood feeds into that infertility for audience dollars. Audience pay to watch hot single Jen find a man on screen, not to watch normal family development, which may appear mundane.... even though it is happier.

She is a dried out old 40 year old lady who should not wear something with her bra hanging out.
On another note. I am very ashame of Mayers part in all this mess. I thought he was a better person than that. Guess not.

Why don't you criticize Elizabeth Taylor ( 7 husbands ), Larry King.. that are just a few to name all.Does that mean Hollywood is made up of loonies and unfortunately they make millions of dollars from your daily bread and butter? And you are so smart to point out others' problems and flaws but when American is experiencing the economic recession you whine about gas price hike, mortgage, bills..etc But do those people have to worry?
