c'mon people, if Jen wanted to be a mom, she would be one, right? people r right, she's too self-centered right now to share with anyone. She admitted when she was married, she wanted her career first, remember, people?

Women have a very small window of time to have a career and to have children. In Hollywood that window is even smaller. It's 2009 so I don't fault her for not wanting to become a baby factory. Men have the freedom that women don't have and they don't get judged for their choices either. If you're George Clooney no one notices that you're almost 50 and dating 23 year old cocktail waitresses. No one calls you old or desperate. No one slams you for anything really. They celebrate you in fact.

That's because we only celebrate women who are married and making babies. If not, you're basically considered worthless. How sad to think this is 2009 and we only celebrate women in traditional roles. Of course, you can always hand your kid off to a team of nannies and have them raise the kids.

It's an adorable picture and does tug at the heart strings. I hope when Jen does have a child, she at least will take time off from work; unlike other actresses.

She probably did want to start a family after Friends but her husband was busy sleeping with his co-star so I can see why she decided to put the family idea on hold for awhile.

I think Jen just got tired of Brad using the press to pressure her into starting a family. Always whining to every reporter that she was basically standing in the way of his dreams for a soccer team. A man is supposed to protect his wife from a lynch mob, not send one chasing after her.

If she really wanted children she would already have them. Not putting her down for not wanting kids, quite frankly after 20-25 years of therapy and still so insecure maybe she shouldn't have them. If she wanted kids after Friends ended, why did she sign up for 4-5 back to back movies? She was 35 at the time. Think Pitt was being kind and giving her cover. If you go into a marriage saying you want a family then change your mind it's like a breach of contract and IMO the other party has a right to leave and find someone who actually does want children.

Something tells me Brad breached the contract. She seemed pretty surprised when he started telling reporters he wanted 7 children. The guys loves wombs, not women. I'd develop a resistance to children too if I realized my husband wanted to take over my womb for the next 10 years.

She looks totes awkward. Nothing natural about that photo. Look how she is pulling back and all stiff. If she wanted babies she would have had them by now. Making them isn't the hard part. Looking after them is.
