Now that Seraphina is the one being carried around, whatever will Violet do?!

Yesterday afternoon Jennifer Garner took her daughters to the park in Malibu, but not before stopping by a local bakery to grab a little snack for Miss V. And you know what? She looks like she'll be just fine on her own two feet!

Jennifer Garner picked up her adorable daughter Violet from school in Santa Monica the other day, and we can't tell who's more excited, V or her mom!

Being done with classes is always something to look forward to, but we're guessing Violet also loves the one on one time with her mother - since Seraphina was born, she's definitely had to give some of that up!

Violet Affleck turns four this December, but last night, we spotted the celebritot still wearing diapers!

Sure, they could be pull-ups, and four isn't that old, but she is in pre-school, where most kids aren't allowed to still be in diapers! Could the absence of her father be contributing to her delayed development?

But hey, Christmas is coming soon, maybe they'll spend the break working on a little potty training!

I can't imagine that Jennifer Garner would be preggers AGAIN, but after taking a peek at this pic, we have to ask!

I know these ladies co-starred in Valentines Day (which I kinda can't wait to see!) but who knew they were on their way to becoming BFFs?!

Last night we caught Jessica Biel and Hilary Swank Jennifer Garner leaving Madeo, and while Jess was all dolled up and ready for the cameras, Jen looked super annoyed and tired! She had to have known that she would be swarmed by photogs if she went to the West Hollywood eatery, so what gives? Maybe she wanted Jessica to have all the attention?

Jennifer Garner got in a little retail therapy yesterday before she returned to mommy duty, picking up some threads at Lucky Jeans in Santa Monica. And thank goodness she did, otherwise she may drown in grey wool!

With Ben on location in Boston shooting The Town, this may be the only way she'll be able to get Lucky for a while!

Of course, Ben Affleck never seems to be around to have fun with his wife and daughters! Can someone please tell him to come to this Brentwood park and play?

Yesterday we spotted Jennifer Garner out and about, and we're not sure why she was so cheerful and dressed up, but we're not complaining!

Maybe she wanted to show off her amazing figure? If I looked like that after two kids, I'd be wearing LBDs every time I went to the grocery store. Okay maybe not everrry time, but I would definitely ditch the frumpy mom gear more often!

Okay seriously, isn't she getting too old for it? I know it takes a lot of effort for a little kid to walk all around New York - with mom Jen Garner - but V barely fits inside that thing! The girl will be turning four and December. Time to start walking 24/7!

They're like one big happy family! You know, minus Ben Affleck, of course. But it's not like he's ever around, right?

Yesterday we snapped Jennifer Garner and Ashton Kutcher shooting a scene for Valentine's Day in Venice, California, and we knew there was something going on between these two (on camera, of course) but this is definitely the first time we caught them kissing! And it looks like they had a pretty good time doing it, too! But hey, we're sure they're happy with their famous spouses...after all, they're just acting, right?

It's kinda sad to see Violet spending more time with her Godfather than her actual father!

Sure, Ben's probably in Boston prepping his new film The Town, and Victor's working intermittently on TV shows in LA, but it sure does look like Ben's made himself scarce!

They're already living separate lives...could an actual separation be that far off?

Yesterday afternoon we snapped a very appropriately dressed Jennifer Garner and Ashton Kutcher shooting Valentine's Day at LAX. We're pretty sure Demi's boy toy plays Jen's love interest, but there are SO many famous faces cast in this flick, he might not be the only one!

Though she can get grumpy at times, Jennifer Garner was looking totally relaxed and approachable when we snapped her on the set of Valentine's Day in Santa Monica yesterday. The mother of two has slimmed down considerably since giving birth to Seraphina 8 months ago, and she's looking oh so fabulous!

She may look totally harmless in these shots, but this mama bear can go from pretty to protective in 3 seconds flat!

Jennifer Garner and daughter Violet went to Starbucks over the weekend, and while Violet didn't seem fazed by the group of photogs camped outside, she did point out to Jen that there were a lot of them, at which point Jen decided to lecture the lensmen on getting too close to kiddies. Point taken...

Honor might've won the Teen Choice award for cutest celebrity baby, but I'd say Seraphina is a close second! Ben and Jen's youngest was spotted out for a stroll with the nanny, sans her parents. Is she your fave celebritot?

Woah! When did Jennifer Garner get her old body back?! We snapped the actress/mommy leaving a yoga class in Los Angeles yesterday, and she looked like she's slimmed down significantly over the past few weeks. We know she's currently filming Valentine's Day, but she's also got a ton of other movies lined up, so she's gotta stay in tip top shape. And Violet doesn't care what she looks like as long as she carries her!
