I stopped carrying my 3 year old when I was about 3 months pregnant I just didn't feel comfortable doing it. I don't think she could hurt the baby by carrying her but her balance is definitely off with the belly and she could easily trip, even if she wasn't carrying her daughter

I think it doesnt matter her carrying Violet if she doesnt feel uncomfortable. She most likely wont hurt herself, the baby, or Violet! She was recently being stalked so it must be scary bringing her kid in public! She is probably just cherishing these last days with Vi and is nervous.
