Jennifer Lopez is prepping her appearance at the AMAs this Sunday, in a spectacle that will involve a boxing ring, fireworks and an on-stage costume change, reports The AP.

But while she's planning on revealing her new single at the Nokia Theatre, her attorneys are trying to keep a decade-old sex tape from surfacing in the trial against her ex-husband, Ojani Noa.

Lopez got a temporary restraining order that prevent Noa from going ahead with his planned "mockumentary," How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story, which uses footage taken during the couples' honeymoon.

Lopez successfully blocked Noa from writing a tell-all book five years ago, because it violated the terms of their divorce settlement. Now, she's suing him for 10 million for "shame" and "humiliation" over his latest attempt to make money off their one-year marriage, but that court case, which was scheduled for this morning, may cause Lopez more grief than good!

Noa's manager, Ed Meyer, issued the following statement:

For the third time, Jay Lavely, Esq. of Lavely & Singer, has postponed the Ex-Parte hearings on behalf of his client Jennifer Lopez. The Ex-Parte hearing scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, November 20, 2009, has been withdrawn by Mr. Lavely. The issue at hand is that Mr. Lavely realizes that I have the right to introduce the Jennifer Lopez "Sex Tape" as evidence into full public record, so Jennifer Lopez and her attorneys are stalling for time. Especially, with her upcoming performance at the American Music Awards on ABC on Sunday night. I will advise all when the next hearing is scheduled.

Seems like Ojani's not going down without a fight!

Jennifer Lopez must be happy she's found love with Marc Anthony, because she has a lot of beef with ex Ojani Noa!

There's a report on Life & Style about how Noa's camp is trying to overturn a judge's ruling that blocks an alleged "sex tape" of J.Lo from being shown. Meanwhile, Noa's business manager, Ed Meyer, tells L&S that his client is being "followed" and "Ojani's scared."

J.Lo's camp, on the other hand, claims it's only "a process server trying to give Ojani a subpoena." Still, Noa's lawyer tells L&S that his client has "had death threats."

So what's the deal with the tape? Well, Noa claims the film - entitled How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story - isn't scandalous at all. Rather, it's "a Borat-style parody of his life as a Cuban immigrant."

Noa claims the superstar is "destroying my life."

What's next? Ed Meyer tells X17online.com the following: "We are going into court tomorrow to try to get the judge to allow us to depose Jennifer Lopez, about the second alleged 'sex tape.'"

Jennifer Lopez always knows how to keep busy - whether she's singing, acting or having twins!

This time she was working on her fitness; X17 photogs spotted J.Lo leaving a dance studio in Hollywood (in sweats). Aw, remember when she had her behind insured for like a couple million bucks? Hey, it does look good still!

Last night Jenny from the block went country (well, LA Country), having dinner with Marc and friends at the Saddle Ranch Chop House on Sunset! And it seemed like J. Lo found her meal to be finger lickin' good, she barely put down her fork for a second to join in the convo with her pals.

Although we don't really see this pair as the down-home type, it's certainly not the first time they've eaten at the downscale joint. Hey, maybe they just needed some comfort food after Marc's car was pulled over for speeding!

But what I really wanna know is, which one of 'em rode the bull?

Jennifer Lopez carbo-loaded with a slice of pizza on the set of a photo shoot in Los Angeles yesterday.

Course, Jenny's set to work that famous butt off performing on the AMA's later this month, so maybe she's not concerned with a few extra calories.

It's nice to see that a woman infamous for her curvy figure hasn't dieted it all away, but flaunting in in that tight LBD, we can't believe how good she looks for being almost 40 and having twins!

Everyone in Hollywood turned up to the premiere of the Michael Jackson musical doc extravaganza This Is It in LA last night... but who worked the red carpet better, blondes or brunettes?

J.Lo and Adam Lambert definitely looked fierce, per usual, while Ashley Tisdale pulled off cute. And Paris Hilton wins for best poser, no question there!

Sidebar, I think it's respectful that most celebs wore black to the event. RIP, MJ.

Kim and Jonathan Cheban teaching J. Lo how to Tweet!

Kim Kardashian got to chat with her idol, J.Lo, at the video debut party Jennifer's new "Fresh Out The Oven" video at LIV nightclub in Miami's Fontainebleau Hotel, where Kim tried to get Jenny on Twitter!

"It's no secret that Jennifer Lopez is my idol," Kim wrote. "Everyone knows that I absolutely live for her!"

Considering Kim and Jennifer are both known for their very healthy bums, we're kinda not surprised Kim idolizes Jenny from the block!

And since Kim's the queen of Twitter with over 2,500,000 followers, why not add J.Lo to the group?

We all know the world was anxiously awaiting Jennifer Lopez' next film, The Back-Up Plan, and now there's even more reason to see it!

His name is Alex O'Loughlin and he is beauuutiful. Well, his body is at least! No wonder we get a shirtless scene. J.Lo is one lucky actress getting to work with him!

Not that her hubby isn't hot, too.

Looks like Jennifer Lopez is FINALLY done shooting The Back-Up Plan in NYC. Nothing like a little shopping spree in Rome to relax, right?

Jealous! I wish I had time to pencil in some retail therapy overseas after shooting my next big movie...

The best part about this video is watching how much attention the hair and makeup people give to J.Lo - you know she'll be pissed if she doesn't look good on camera! It also looks like they're filming a kinda-intense fight scene here. I dunno how people "act" with so many people around watching!

On set, that is.

La Lopez is still filming The Back-Up Plan in Manhattan and, in addition to some cute pix of her and Alex O'Loughlin pushing around fake babies in strollers, we ALSO got a coupla shots of the sexy stars smooching! Is it bad that we think this guy is hotter than her hubby?

I have a strong feeling that La Lopez is wearing something under her tight white dress while filming The Back-Up Plan (aka The Baster 2.0) in New York City. She still looks pretty damn good though! Except for the frizzy hair with split ends.

At least J.Lo still has her luminous skin!

Jennifer Lopez - who's given a handful of great performances, believe it or not - continues to film The Back-Up Plan in the Big Apple. But seriously, what's she wearing? Considering the last outfit we saw her in on-set, we hope she's not playing a fashionista in this flick!

Well, she has said she may want to give twins Max and Emme a sibling someday, but her bump's not real, it's just a prosthetic for her new film, The Back-Up Plan.

Besides, she didn't exactly look like THAT when she was preggers with the twins.

The more I look at J.Lo's outfit, the more I get a headache.

From the scarf and the awkward top to the yucky bag and, of course, those pants - you have a figure, Lopez, so show it off! - this ensemble is a fashion don't.

It's kinda refreshing to see celebs who don't mind rubbing elbows with the rest of us normal peeps every once in a while!
