Say what? This is gonna be nuts!

Access Hollywood has learned J.Lo and hubbie Marc Anthony have signed on for a reality show with TLC. A press release says the show will "deliver a slice of [Jennifer’s] life that audiences have never seen before, as she takes on her career and launches a new fragrance while trying to juggle her new responsibilities as a first time mom."

Hmm. Could be fun to see Lopez in diva mode. Will you watch?

New mom Jennifer Lopez showed off her post-baby body in this yellow mini-dress outside of the Waverly Inn in NYC with hubby Marc Anthony last night.

With a big smile on her face, J. Lo positively glowed, while Marc kept a perma-scowl on underneath his sunglasses.

With a wife as hot as Jennifer, and two babies at home, ya'd think he'd crack a smile every once in a while!

In Touch Weekly reports that on Saturday, Jennifer Lopez and hubby Marc Anthony brought their twins Max and Emme to a church in Long Island, NY to be baptized.

The ceremony was very intimate, attended by only their closest friends and family members, and afterwards Lopez and Anthony had a reception at their Brookville estate. The twins were born on February 22, 2008.

Hot new mama Jennifer Lopez was at the "Shine A Light" premiere in New York this weekend, showing off her post-pregnancy glow. She gave birth to twins a little over a month ago, and it looks like she's already shed some of that baby weight!

On the other hand, hubby Marc Anthony looks like he could stand to gain a few pounds.

The NY Post reported yesterday on the paychecks celebs are receiving for their baby photos -- are Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's unborn twins worth $10 million? And if so, what the the parents going to do with all that money? A trust fund? Charity?

The Post reports that one magazine editor they spoke with suggested celebs might start deciding to have kids just to collect on the photos they can sell! Now you don't have to sell your baby (hey, it's not China, y'all) to sell out your baby!

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony got a reported $6 million. AMI's editorial director Bonnie Fuller (whom we met yesterday and is totally nice and not the b*tch the media like to make her out to be) suggests that if that figure is true, then Brangelina's offspring will be with $8 million.

But the Fuller questioned me yesterday -- what will the kids of these celebs think of their parents when they're old enough to know their mom and dad pimped them out? ...

In the wee hours of the morning, Jennifer Lopez finally gave birth to twins, People is reporting.

Lopez had a girl and a boy - the girl at 12:12 AM, and the boy eleven minutes later. The children weighed 5 pounds 7 ounces and 6 pounds, respectively.

"Jennifer and Marc are delighted, thrilled and over the moon," Lopez's manager Simon Fields told People.

We're thrilled for 'em, too - congrats to the happy couple!

There's nothing more enriching in life than adding a baby to your family - especially if you're Jennifer Lopez!

Advertising Age is reporting that Lopez and Marc Anthony are poised to make "between $4 million and $6 million" from People for the rights to print the first pix of Lopez' hotly-anticipated twins.

Needless to say, that's a pretty eye-opening figure - after all, even Shiloh Jolie-Pitt's first pix "only" brought in $4 million!

People, in the meantime, is hotly denying the story. "I have no comment on these particular pictures," People's managing editor Larry Hackett told Advertising Age. J-Lo's reps were similarly reluctant to comment.

Others, however, describe the deal as being pretty much done - it's just a matter of divying up the rights between People (who gets the pix domestically) and OK! (who get them internationally).

At this rate, J-Lo's gonna be earning more per baby than she makes per movie!

Shopping for a pregnant mother can sometimes be difficult. Pink baby clothes? Blue baby clothes? It's a risky decision - unless you're shopping for Jennifer Lopez!

One of PageSix.com's spies attended the Marchesa show yesterday - and came back reporting that they overheard Lopez informing a friend that she'd be giving birth to both a baby boy and a baby girl!

And it sounds like we won't have to wait long for their arrival, either - NY Mag's Fug Girls overheard J-Lo telling a friend that the babies were due to be delivered in the next two weeks!

(Not, we hasten to add, that Jennifer was letting her condition affect her demeanor - by all accounts, she was giddy, proud - and brave enough to wear some toweringly high heels!)

Gwyneth, in Gucci, looked like she was wearing one of the rejects from Project Runway's prom challenge. Someone shoulda pulled a different pair of shoes off the Bluefly Accessories Wall!

J. Lo was all big hair, big belly and big shoes, dwarfing her husband in her brown belted Gucci gown and platform sandals.

Gwen, with her hot hubby in a in a black cut-out gown, is just starting to show!

Marc Anthony's rep tells Us that reports claiming Jennifer Lopez is in labor are "not true." The rep adds: "We have been getting the same phone calls since last week. Everybody figures it is happening around now so they have started throwing out the story hoping they will be right and be the one to break the news but it isn't yet."

We can't wait to see the twins, whenever they arrive!

In Touch Weekly has the inside scoop on Jennifer Lopez' upcoming baby shower.

According to the mag, the swanky affair will take place on January 22nd at The Private Roof Club and Garden at the Gramercy Park Hotel in New York.

In addition to being "huge" with "a lot of celebrity friends", Marc and J.Lo plan to give out "Swarovski encrusted baby pacifiers in the gift bag!" Doncha just love how no celebrity can throw a party without a gift bag these days?

The "insider" goes on to say that the Anthony/Lopez's are expecting twins, so they should expect double the prezzies!

Lo has yet to confirm her pregnancy, although designer Roberto Cavalli has hinted at it, and Live Nation (her concert promoter) is claiming the recent cancellation is due to more to the lingering fire damage than her impending due date!

In Touch Weekly confirms that after two years of trying, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are finally expecting one - maybe even two - children together! After years of trying, the couple finally decided to try in vitro fertilization (which could be the reason for the mulitples), which was ultimately successful. J. Lo is apparently 12 weeks, and as you can see from this pic here (taken July 31st), she's already started to glow!
