We do claim Puerto Rico. It is an American Territory. If born there, you are a US Citizen. You have the same rights as a US Citizen because you ARE a US Citizen. That's how this country started to be built. None of the europeans that came years ago (including my family) came from rich families, contrary to that, they came from wars that killed their families, destroyed their lands, from hunger and pain, and they worked really hard.
