Jess Gets Fresh
It's pretty obvious that Jessica Alba doesn't plan on dealing with any baby weight after she gives birth - she's taking care of the problem before it starts!
First, we catch her at the gym eleven to twelve thousand times a week. Then yesterday, we spot the Sin City starlet shopping for clean, fresh produce at Whole Foods!
Granted, it's not much of a change for the figure-conscious Jess, but it still looks like this maternal regimen's doing her a ton of good - she even smiled for the cameras as Cash helped her into her car!
Hmm...
