That dress is not flattering in any way, shape or form. First of all somebody hemmed that dress up and the bottom isn't pressed out professionally. It didn't need to be shorter. It makes her look stubby. And then it's too tight and riding up and making creases by her armpits. A larger size dress would actually make her look smaller because it would flow over her already small body. You don't have to have a dress cut all they way up to your wahzoo to look sexy.
