I know Jess has naturally big boobs but she lost most of them when she lost all that weight. These are clearly surgically enhanced/airbrushed. Her boobs used to be saggy. It also looks like she got her lips done again. She doesn't look bad here (the best I've seen since the new brown hair). But she is still the poster child for fake.
