Jessica can sue for defamation all she wants. BUT, she'll be opening up a whole can of worms that I doubt she wants to open. She'll be putting her REAL weight and REAL size on the table for the entire world to see. If she sues someone for calling her fat, there will be depositions, etc, that will call into question her old sizes, old weights and her new size and new weight. The world will know exactly how much she weighs and what size she is. And, I'd venture a guess that she is NOT a size 8. She is only 5 foot 3, and, it's more likely that she is around a size 12... which, is actually the national average. While she isn't FAT, she is getting chubby. The main problem is, Jessica's weight goes up and down often, which is very unhealthy. What she really should do is pick the size (with her doctor) that is the most healthy for her height (probably a size 8) and maintain it with healthy eating and exercise. She doesn't need to be a size 2 to look good -- she just needs to be healthy. While I don't think much of her "talent", she is a beautiful girl and really doesn't have to be stick thin to look great. (I do wish she'd hire a stylist that would help her pick clothes that would flatter her new size.)

I JUST saw her, on the 2nd row at her concert ...on Friday Jan 30, in Lexington Ky at Rupp Arena! I was up close...ROW TWO....and she looked REALLY GREAT! She is NOT fat at ALL! I would say a size 4 or 6 at the most....GIVE it a break people! She was very sweet, looked awesome and sang really great!
