Last night we caught an ever expanding Kourtney Kardashian and buddy Joe Francis at Beso for Brittny Gastineau's birthday party, and even though the oldest K sister has been complaining about the pregnancy weight, we think she looks fantastic here!

And speaking of looking good, why do I keep finding myself strangely attracted to Joe and his oft tasteful choices in clothes?! UGH! Make it stop!

After pleading guilty to two misdemeanor counts of filing false tax returns, a judge in Los Angeles has sentenced Joe Francis to time served, meaning he won't spend any more time in jail.

Francis already served a year in prison for felony tax evasion after his CFO, Michael Barrett called the authorities on Francis for what Joe claims was an attempt to cover Barrett's own attempt to defraud Girls Gone Wild out of millions.

Between this resolution and the fact that the LA DA won't be pursuing criminal charges against him for the alleged Jayde beat-down, this means Francis is a free man!

They may be suing each other in a civil court, but the DA won't be pursuing any criminal charges against either Jayde Nicole, Joe Francis or Brody Jenner for their bust-up the night of August 28th.

After pouring a drink on him at Guys and Dolls, Jayde claimed that Joe physically attacked her, "by pulling on her hair from behind to gain maximum control over her person and then violently shoving and/or throwing her to the ground of the nightclub like a rag-doll, a claim that Joe fervently denied... until the security tape from the club was released proving Jayde's story! But apparently that wasn't enough for the DA to pursue criminal charges against them.

"The interests of justice do not support the filing of criminal charges against any of the three suspects," says a LA County DA's charge evaluation worksheet.

The sheet cites the security video which captured Jayde and Joe's fight inside the club, and says "Suspect/Victim Gelette (Jayde) appears to have acted without immediate provocation in her assault upon Suspect/Victim Francis," while the fight between Joe and Brody "was not captured on camera."

I guess that means that the court in the civil cases will just have to depend on he said/she said/he said!

At least that's what her shirt says! We spotted the Playboy Playmate with her beau Brody Jenner out and about in LA yesterday afternoon looking like a happy couple...

Guess they hadn't yet heard about Joe Francis filing a counter-suit against them! (Joe previously told us of his plans about two weeks ago.)

Apparently, Joe is claiming that Jayde Nicole hit him in the head at Guys and Dolls that fateful night, threw a drink at him and screamed, "I'm going to kill you!" Therefore - according to the lawsuit - he grabbed Jayde's hair in "self-defense."

Joe also claims that Brody Jenner attacked him later that night in "a jealous rage."

Uh, I dunno about Brody, but we saw the security tape from that night and it clearly looked like Joe attacked Jayde. Seriously!

The ongoing Joe/Jayde/Brody saga continued last night when Joe Francis was denied at the door -- again -- by Frankie Delgado, this time at Voyeur.

When the paps asked if Frankie was gonna let Francis in, Joe responded, "No they are not, because Frankie came out and said specifically said, 'Brody’s penis is small, it’s the smallest penis in Hollywood, so you can’t come in.'"

Yeah, that really makes sense.

A somewhat inebriated-sounding Joe continued, "Do they know what’s coming? I wouldn’t f*ck with me," after telling us that a counter-suit is "coming tomorrow."

It seems a bit odd that Joe would continually try to gain entry into the clubs where he knows Frankie's working the door, but it's good to know he's got that same, tired, "small penis size" joke on hand for everytime that he does.

As far as his looks go, anyway...

He may have been taped yanking Jayde Nicole's hair and dragging her halfway across a club, but as much as I hate to admit it, Joe Francis looks kinda sexy here! Is that wrong?

Now that we know Lamar and Joe are such BFFs, we can only imagine what's gonna happen if Khloe's step-brother Brody shows up to the big day with his girlfriend Jayde as his date!

The last time Brody and Joe were face to face, someone got a punch in the face, while the other got tasered onto his ass! And Jayde recently filed a one million dollar suit against Joe for "emotional distress and humiliation" (among other things), in a claim that Joe is calling "slanderous and defamatory."

Brody IS family, so wouldn't he be given the home court advantage? Or did Lamar just ask Joe to sit this one out on the bench?

Brody Jenner's girlfriend is really trying to make a name for herself! Or is this lawsuit legit?

Jayde Nicole is suing Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis for assault and battery - the Playboy Playmate is asking for one million bucks! She alleges the following below:

"In an intoxicated and uncontrollable rage, defendant Francis, who weighs over 200 lbs, physically attacked plaintiff Nicole, approximately 115 lbs, by pulling on her hair from behind to gain maximum control over her person and then violently shoving and/or throwing her to the ground of the nightclub like a rag-doll... Jayde has suffered a black-eye, swollen face, bruised ribs, sore and bruised abdomen region, bruised arms and legs, ripped-out hair, and utter emotional distress and humiliation."

Damn! That's quite a lot of detailed description. So what does Joe Francis hafta say about all this? He's released his own statement:

"Jayde Nicole is an absolute and total liar. Her prior statements about the incident are not only slanderous and defamatory, but actionable. It is so interesting that Jayde Nicole would hire the same attorney (Ron Richards) who represented the double murderer who kidnapped me from my Bel Air mansion at gunpoint in 2004, for which he is now serving 11 years. The only thing that Jayde Nicole is famous for is having a tattoo of the word 'respect' above her vagina... for which we all know she has none of. Jayde, have you seen a picture of me lately? I'm 175 lbs. soaking wet."

Let the games begins! Sounds like a case of he-said, she-said.

The Joe/Jayde fight controversy may have faded, but Francis stirred it back up last night when he took a swing at Brody Jenner's BFF Frankie Delgado at the opening of MI-6!

An X17 spy inside the venue tells X17online.com exclusively:

"At approximately 10pm Joe Francis shows up to the MI-6 opening. As he approaches the front door that was attached to the red carpet he gets rejected at the door by Frankie Delgado. Joe absolutely FREAKS out. He grabs the one of the owners [Sam Nazarian] and is freaking out asking 'whats going on, what's happening here???'

Sam got so annoyed because Joe interrupted his interview on the red carpet that he shooed him away and told the security guard to let Joe in. As Joe begins to walk in the door, Frankie freaks out and walks in right behind him and starts with Joe. Right by the door Frankie shoves Joe and Joe is saying, 'why are you pushing me - why are you pushing me?'

And then Joe takes a swing at Frankie -- and misses!!

The second that happens security and the police that were standing on the property get involved and immediately escort Joe off the property in the back alley. Joe never made it inside the party and was sooooo pissed off!"

We were initially inclined to believe Joe's claims that he never hit Jayde...but after seeing this, we don't know WHAT to believe!

Brody Jenner and his Playboy playmate girlfriend Jayde Nicole were spotted lunching in Malibu yesterday afternoon, and a few hours later we caught Brody's half sister Khloe getting dinner with Joe Francis. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal, but it was just last week that Jayde accused Joe of beating her up in a bar brawl! If this was true, do you REALLY think Joe would be hanging out with Brody's family? Someone's not telling the truth, and we're beginning to think it's Jayde!

He may be guilty of entertaining us with topless girls on Spring Break but the more we hear about Thursday night's supposed altercation at Guys and Dolls between Joe Francis and Brody Jenner's girlfriend Jayde Nicole, the more we're starting to believe Mr. Francis is 100% innocent!

A very reliable source who was inside the club that night tells X17online.com exclusively:

"Jayde's story is totally false. Joe went up to a mutual female friend to say hello and Jayde freaked out for some reason and threw a drink in Joe's face. He was blinded by the alcohol in his eyes and turned around to see who had thrown the drink. Literally, his pinky finger got caught in Jayde's hair and she turned it into 'Joe pulling her hair, knocking her to the ground, and kicking her.' She is an absolute drama queen and should probably lay off the liquor when she goes out at night."

Dayum! But seriously, guys ... if you've ever watched The Hills, you know Jayde's a drama queen when it comes to being possessive of Brody and apparently she's the same with her girlfriends.

The source tells us ...

I've seen the security tape from the club and it completely backs up Joe's story. That's why Jayde isn't pressing charges -- there's nothing to press charges for! And there's no evidence to back up her story."

And really, if she were so upset about what happened, why'd she hang out outside the club just afterward and give an interview to a cameraman who conveniently happened to be at the right place at the right time? One has to wonder if these Hills kids aren't spending a bit too much time in front of the camera -- they're forgetting they don't have to be 'on' all the time, causing 'unscripted' drama!

After Brody Jenner claimed the Girls Gone Wild honcho beat up his lady love Jayde Nicole at Guys & Dolls last night, things certainly seemed to be pretty calm when we caught Joe Francis arriving at his Santa Monica office this afternoon!

As Joe made his way in to Mantra Entertainment, X17 photogs asked him if he had any comment about what happened last night and he told us, "It's cool." Joe also released the following statement to X17online:

"Jenner's public accusations that I punched and kicked his girlfriend are false, outrageous, and slanderous. In fact, they are actionable, and I plan to take legal action.

Someone shoved me from behind, then hurled a drink at me, glass and all. I turned to see who it was, and the next thing I knew, I was on the ground, with Brody Jenner ripping at my shirt. The security guards told me they saw the whole thing, and apologized to me for the trouble. They even offered me a new Guys and Dolls T-shirt.

I was talking with the General Manager for about 5 minutes when Brody Jenner came out of nowhere and cold-cocked me. This morning, I learned that Jenner was posting false statements about me online, in a desperate attempt to create some publicity for himself."

According to multiple witnesses, including the club’s head of security, Joe never punched anyone and security camera footage from Guys & Dolls confirms Joe's account of the unprovoked attack. Francis plans to take immediate legal action against Brody and he adds, "I’ve never hit a girl in my life and the accusation disgusts me. The only reason Brody Jenner and his girlfriend are making these claims is because they know they are in deep legal trouble for this second unprovoked attack on me."

Violence is never the answer folks! But who do YOU believe?

Talk about bros gone wild! And of course, this was over a girl...

Last night, Joe Francis punched and kicked Brody Jenner's steady girlfriend Jayde Nicole at Guys & Dolls nightclub, but Brody wasn't about to let the Girls Gone Wild king get away with it! After punching Joe outside the club, Brody was tasered, and a few hours later he posted the following message on his Twitter:

"Joe Francis beat up my lady this morning for no reason! Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her..what does that say about him? How can you call yourself a man when you beat up a girl?? Joe Francis is a piece of sh*t...Joe Francis needs to be in jail!!!"

The Hills star tells TMZ that he was at the club celebrating his birthday, when Jayde saw slimy Joe hitting on a girl Jayde and Brody both know. Apparently Joe was acting very aggressive and annoying, so Jayde did what any good samaritan would do...she tossed a drink on him. Instead of moving on (or even throwing a drink back) Brody says Joe then pulled Jayde's hair, punched her in the face, threw her to the ground and began kicking her!

Poor Jayde has bruises all over her swollen face, a bruised left rib and her lower abdomen is sore. Some of her hair also got pulled out, and she says she's going to press charges. Hopefully Joe will get nailed for this! You don't just beat up girls and get away with it! (Ugh, Chris Brown).

Anyway, security broke up the fight, and at that point Joe and Brody were yelling at each other, and they were both tossed out of the club. Brody says he tried to get back in to see his damsel in distress, but security wouldn't let him, and then he went after Joe, punching him in the face until someone tasered him and he fell to the ground. It's being reported that it was another clubgoer who tasered Brody...perhaps one of Joe's pals?

Wow. What a night! We're sorry to hear that Jayde got beaten up, but we're kinda proud of Brody for doing what lots of people have wanted to do for quite some time now!

Looks like Girls Gone Wild king Joe Francis had a grand old time last night! This is what he looked like when he arrived at Hollywood hotspot Guys & Dolls...we don't even want to know how hammered he was when he left!

Jesse Metcalfe and Joe Francis attended the opening of Madame Royale in Hollywood last night and, yes, I know what you're all wondering - who's the bigger d-bag between the two?

No? Okay, how about - what's going on with Jesse's wacky sandals?

Personally, I think Joe Francis (at Crown Bar) and Sean Penn (at Mr. Chow) are perfect for each other. Try and imagine those colorful conversations!

And then there's Matthew Perry and Christian Slater - both former TV/movie stars with a history of drug addiction. Sounds like an interesting match to me!
