Johnny Depp Surprises Fans At D23 Expo, Confirms Role In Fourth Pirates Flick
Johnny Depp sent audience members into a frenzy at Disney's D23 Expo in Anaheim, California the other day when he appeared onstage as Captain Jack Sparrow. 5,000 fans witnessed the surprise visit from the hunky actor, and Depp joked that he had a bit of rum and a light snack...a frog named Kermit who "probably tastes like chicken." Apparently you had to have been there, because Kermit had taken the stage before our fav guyliner-wearing pirate stepped aboard the replica of the Black Pearl.
It was also announced that Depp will star in the fourth installment of the film franchise, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, which will hit theaters in 2011. Can't wait to see this!
