People mag says the singer, who recently dumped Taylor Swift (over the phone, BTW) is now dating 10,000 BC actress Camilla Belle.
The new couple reportedly met on the set of the Jonas Brothers video "Lovebug."
"All the guys always had thought she was really pretty and that's why they asked her to be in it," a spy tells the mag.
But don't expect to see them out in public together anytime soon. "They are not public about it but they've just been hanging out with their friends and Joe's brothers," the source says. "They are very private about it."
Hope this relationship goes better than his last one!
