The Jonas Brothers may be rock stars - but they're clearly not cut from the same cloth as Gene Simmons!
In a recent interview with Details Magazine, the Jonases claim to have made "promises to ourselves and to God that we'll stay pure till marriage."
They even make a point of showing off their "purity rings" symbolizing their vow of chastity to the mag!
Of course, the Bros aren't letting their vows keep them from getting up close and personal with their female fans - up to a point, of course.
"People write that it's not true, that we're taking pictures with girls," Kevin says. "Of course we take pictures with girls! They're our fans!"
"We've had some interesting situations with some fans, too—ones that will just come up and almost jump on you and be like, 'I love you, I love you!'" Joe added. "I guess the only thing we'd be willing to say is, like, 'Thank you.' It's kind of awkward when they're like, 'Oh, you're so hot!' How do you say anything to that?"
One thing's for sure - when their next album comes out on July 8th, those vows are REALLY gonna get tested!
Maybe it's a savvy idea for the Jonases to keep it in their pants for the moment - after all, a huge part of their fanbase probably isn't legal yet!
