Everyone knows Justin Timberlake's got game - but now he's got a game show, too!

According to the Hollywood Reporter, MTV has given the green light to The Phone, a hybrid reality/game show to be executive produced by Timberlake.

The Phone pits challengers against each other as they try to accomplish a mission in a strict timeframe. One of the producers promises that the show will be like a "real life Bourne Identity - not just in the tone and creative, but also in terms of the visual style and pacing. Each week will be an action packed mini-movie."

Needless to say, we're pumped - after all, nobody puts on a show like Justin!

After the packed-to-the-rafters free show she did in New York last night, Madonna and Justin Timberlake had plenty of reason to celebrate - but judging by her appearance on Ryan Seacrest's radio show this morning, the Material Girl may have partied a little too heartily!

Madonna sounded distinctly groggy during her interview with Seacrest, excusing it as a symptom of the hangover she was nursing after spending the night wilding out with Justin. "I had a shot of tequilla... I may have had a lemon drop, too - we 'tied one on', as they say."

Of course, after all the hard work she's been putting in during the lead-up to Hard Candy's release this week, Madge certainly deserved to blow off a little steam. "I was up the night before going over every detail of my show to the point where I never even got to bed... I haven't had a drink in months," she told Ryan. "Usually I work hard and then work so hard that there's no time for fun - but last night Justin and I decided 'We work too hard - we gotta have fun!'"

The singer actually couldn't stop praising Justin's work ethic, claiming that it made it easier for her to relate to him as an artist. "He has a lot of the same interests that I have - he's ambitious, but not in an offensive way. He connects to the joy of performing and being on stage. He doesn't want to be pigeon-holed. He's incredibly responsible and he's good at what he does, and I think he has a long future in front of him."

She also brought up her plans to take Hard Candy on tour in a few months. "We've been having serious discussions about me going on tour in the fall," she said. When pressed for more details, she replied "October-ish."

Of course, even a hangover couldn't keep Madonna from lobbing a few playful bombs Ryan's way - like when she pointedly asked him if he'd ever heard the song "You're So Gay, You Don't Even Like Boys"! Ryan, naturally, was thrown for a loop - just another classic Madonna moment!

And, like everyone else in the celebrityverse this week, Madge found herself giving her opinion on Miley Cyrus' racy photo scandal - or, to hear Madonna tell it, non-scandal! "" she moaned. "It's all too much - make it stop! Why should I be offended? She's going to be 16 soon, and then 17 and then 18, and then she might show a knee, and then what's gonna happen? Leave her alone!"

Cameron Diaz may still be reeling from the loss of her beloved father Emilio - but she's certainly got a great support network!

Us Magazine reports that Emilio's memorial service yesterday afternoon was attended by both Justin Timberlake and John Mayer, two of Cameron's most prominent exes. What a thoughtful gesture - we're sure their presence was much appreciated!

Fortunately for Justin and John, the ceremony was a decidedly laid-back affair - some guests were even spotted wearing Hawaiian shirts and leis as part of the service's tropical theme.

For Cameron, however, the ceremony offered her a chance to say goodbye to her father with a heartfelt speech honoring Emilio's memory. Poor Cameron - at least she's got an all-star team of friends to help her through this difficult time!

It may be sexy, but he certainly doesn't have much back!

Maybe girlfriend Jessica Biel could show him how to work his glutes a bit more...

We had an extremely brief encounter with Justin Timberlake as the pop star peeled out of an office building late in the afternoon. Hey, we're not complaining - although we'd sure love to spend 4 Minutes with JT, he's a busy dude!

No wonder we caught Justin Timberlake steppin' out in his Sunday best - he and Jessica Biel were heading to a wedding!

The couple were among the honored guests at the nuptuals of celebrity stylist Estee Stanley in downtown Los Angeles. Justin was so determined to attend that he even came back from the set of The Open Road just to make it - we're sure your presence was appreciated, JT!

Of course, Justin and Jessica were hardly the only celebs in attendance; we also caught Tobey Maguire and his rarely-seen wife Jennifer Meyer, the ever-lovely Eva Mendes, Scott Speedman, Nia Long, and even the Olsen Twins - although for some reason, they decided to wear bizarre white masks!

We're sure Jessica Biel just wants him looking good! Justin Timberlake stopped by his ladylove's place in Brentwood Saturday morning sporting two different outfits.

ESPN sure hit a home run when they picked the host for their annual sports awards show - Justin Timberlake!

The AP reports that the pop singer has been tapped to present this year's show on July 20th. Good times!

Justin's not taking his hosting duties lightly, either - he's already pledging to "do my best to deliver a great show, as I do not want to be roughed up backstage by these athletes who are bigger, faster and stronger than me". Now that's sound reasoning!

If what comes around really does go back around, then Justin Timberlake must be looking forward to the future - he just gave two hundred thousand dollars to a pair of charities in his hometown!

According to Us, the pop star made a $100,000 donation to both the Memphis Rock 'N' Soul Museum and the Memphis Music Foundation last Thursday. The funds will help the two organizations preserve the city's musical heritage and educate local students.

Clearly, this is a personal issue for JT - perhaps that's why he delivered the checks in person!

“We were overwhelmed when he came in and presented a big check to each of us,” John Doyle, executive director of the Museum told the mag. “He was filming up until 5 a.m. on his movie [The Open Road], so he probably preferred being on the golf course than doing another appearance!”

Sounds like Justin's got his priorities in check!

One day removed from her controversial induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, we caught Madonna leaving the Reebok Sports Club in New York after a workout yesterday afternoon.

But don't go thinking a vigorous exercise regimen's the only secret to Madonna's eternally youthful look - according to Justin Timberlake, the Material Girl's not afraid to suffer for her health!

According to the Sun, JT told a crowd of onlookers at a Hall of Fame ceremony over the weekend the story of how, while recording with Madge, he'd started feeling under the weather - only for Madonna to come through with the cure!

“We had a recording session in London," the singer told his audience. "I wasn’t feeling well. She said, ‘Would you like a B12 shot?’ And so I’m thinking that we’re going to call a doctor and he’s going to make a house call."

Guess again!

"[S]he proceeds to reach into her designer handbag and pulls out a Ziploc bag of designer syringes out. She looks at me and says, ‘Drop ’em’. I don’t know what to say to that, so I drop my pants. She gives me a B12 shot in my ass, and then she looks at me and says, ‘Nice top shelf’."

Man - why didn't we think of that one?

Of course, Justin was a good sport about the whole situation, claiming that the event marked "one of the greatest days of my life. That’s what she will continue to be for all of us — the shot in the ass, when we really need it.”

Good to see that he's not holding a grudge - some stars would get all butthurt in a situation like this one!

Although Justin's had great success in his music career, seems like a great performance in a film has eluded him as of yet.

Nevertheless, Justin continued to work on his craft, filming a scene from his upcoming movie, The Open Road (also starring "The Dude" himself Jeff Bridges) in Louisiana, playing a son who reconnects with his estranged father.

But will Justin connect with movie audiences?

Last night, while introducing Madonna at her induction to the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame, Justin Timberlake made some not-to-subtle references to his ex, Britney Spears.

According to Us, Justin mused that "the world has always been full of Madonna wannabes and I might have even dated a couple."

Calling his troubled ex a "wannabe"? Nice.

He then went on to say about the Material Mom that "she has still found time to kiss someone I may or may not have publicly kissed myself while I was in the audience. Of course you know I was talking about Sean Penn."

Is it really kosher for Justin to be taking these kinds of jabs at Britney when she's so obviously down?

Justin Timberlake will take on the roll of TV producer at the helm of a new comedy for NBC -- an American version of the hit Peruvian show My Problem With Women.

The series "follows the adventures of Jose, a thirty-something bachelor who begins seeing a therapist in an attempt to understand why all of his romantic relationships fail," according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Leading the nominees are Kanye West (with an incredible eight noms) and Amy Winehouse (with an equally whopping six nominations) - and both are set to perform live! But will Amy pull it off? She'll be singing via satellite from a London studio. She's a sensational talent, so we hope so!

Also in the running are Beyonce and John Mayer (who'll be performing as well), and of course the lovely Rihanna and boy wonder Justin Timberlake.
