Let's hope Jessica Biel isn't the jealous type.

Yesterday Justin headed to Jim Henson studios to start his voice work as Artie in Shrek Forever After. It's not clear whether or not he'll actually be inside the sound booth with his ex-girlfriend, who plays Princess Fiona, but since Jess and Justin have been on the rocks as of late, I know I certainly wouldn't want him getting up close and personal with Cameron Diaz!

And when we say crazy, we mean super scary 5150-style crazy!

Justin Timberlake was granted a restraining order today against Karen McNeil, a woman who has repeatedly paid visits to his Los Angeles home. And that's just the beginning! McNeil showed up at Justin's pad yesterday and wouldn't leave, so his staff called the police and she was arrested and taken to the hospital for a 5150 evaluation. Doctors determined that McNeil did not qualify for a 5150 psychiatric hold and she was released from custody today, but it looks like JT's not taking any chances!

According to legal documents McNeil took a cab to Timberlake's pad yesterday, got through the gate, gained entry to his property and then claimed to be BFFs with the star! In the court docs, Timberlake says McNeil, who is described as a heavyset woman in her 50s, is an "obsessed mentally unstable celebrity stalker, who [Timberlake] does not personally know."

And this isn't the first time McNeil has crossed the line with a famous face - the Los Angeles DA's Office tells E! News that in 1997 she pleaded no contest to two counts of disobeying a court order in which she violated an order of protection granted to Axl Rose.

Again?!

Justin Timberlake was snapped leaving a Los Angeles golf course yesterday afternoon, and the former boy bander looked a little bummed as he loaded up his Audi and drove off. We doubt it had anything to do with his swing, so is it possible there's trouble with Jess? Even though the duo went on a romantic vacay in Santa Barbara the other weekend, we're hearing rumors that these two are still having major drama!

Is Justin cheating on Jess with another woman? And why did Jessica move her pup out of the love nest she shares with the former 'N Syncer?!

While we'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt, after reading those Rihanna rumors last week, and now seeing him leaving the Beverly Hills Hotel with another woman (who was wearing a wedding ring, no less!), we kinda gotta wonder!

After lunching with this mystery gal, Justin went to play golf with his friends at the green in Toluca Lake. Earlier that morning, Justin's assistant took his dogs for a walk, but our photographers noted that it was just his canines and not Jessica's pit bull Tina! This is the first time in a year we've seen JUST JT's two dogs out and about, and it appears as though Tina is no longer living at casa de Timberlake! If this isn't a sign that the breakup stories were true, we don't know what is!

Jessica's willing to climb Mount Kilimanjaro to be close to her man, but is it enough to stop him from stepping out on her with another woman - a married woman, who clearly didn't want to be caught with JT?

While various online reports say Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have split, X17online can report exclusively that the couple is hot off a romantic weekend getaway in Santa Barbara!

On Monday night, Justin and Jessica went to dinner at Olio e Limone restaurant in Santa Barbara, and a source inside the eatery tells X17online exclusively:

"They tried to fly under the radar when they sat down for their meal, but they certainly didn't act like a couple who had just broken up! Justin and Jessica held hands and gazed into each others eyes during dinner, and they seemed very relaxed. No signs of drama here!"

As if a romantic dinner wasn't enough to quash the breakup rumors, the two spent the entire day in their hotel room at the Bacara on Tuesday, and they dipped out only for an hour-long spa visit. Hmm, sure doesn't sound like something a broken up couple would do! Later that night, the duo left around 7:30pm in Justin's black Audi S8, and while we haven't seen them since then, it sure sounds like they mended whatever fences they broke with their lux weekend vacay!

And even though a mutual pal of the couple tells Us Weekly that two have split, they added, "There's no way of knowing if it's a firm breakup, because with them it's so hot and cold."

Judging from their weekend excursion, sounds like these two are a hot couple again!

Star Mag claims that after a steamy session on the dance floor during the VMA after-party at 1Oak, "It's on!" between Justin Timberlake and Rihanna!

A source tells the mag that after Justin took a Rihanna for a drive on the dance floor, the two continued the ride up in her hotel room. “They tried to keep it a secret, but Jessica found out within days,” says the snitch of JT's gf of three years. “She must be a wreck.”

Yeah, no kidding. But have you seen Jess' arms lately? Would Justin really want to piss her off?

The source goes on to say that Justin and Rihanna's hookup was not a "one night only" kind of fling.

"Rihanna and Justin have been talking and texting on the phone nonstop since the VMAs,” says the spy. “She asked him on the phone, ‘Are you still with Jessica?’ And he hinted that things were cooling off between them.”

But the last time we checked in on the longtime couple, it looked like everything was A-ok! Jessica even announced her plans to follow Justin to Tanzania to climb Kilimanjaro in the name of charity!

But the source insists that Justin and Rihanna's relationship is more than just friends...as in friends with benefits! “One time, Justin was joking about strippers. He said she needed to entertain him like that.” Says the source, adding that Rihanna took the bait and gave him an impromptu lap dance!

Justin and Rihanna may have been seen together in New York, but it could just be business rather than pleasure. After all, they don't really seem like each other's type!

Jessica Biel will be joining her bf in a climb up Mt. Kilimanjaro in a bid to raise awareness for the global need for clean water.

Jessica & Justin (who announced his intent to do the hike last spring) will join Lupe Fiasco and Isabel Lucas on the African climb, according to the AP, organized by singer and producer Kenna.

“This is a basic human necessity that needs to be addressed now,” said Biel in a statement. She went on to say that she's participating in the climb “to help any way I can in order to raise awareness toward the life-threatening clean water crisis happening not only in Africa but around the world.”

Plus, who'd want to let their boyfriend hang out in the middle of nowhere that long with Isabel Lucas?

Justin Timberlake will play Sean Parker, Facebook’s founding president in the new film about the social networking website. Though it was rumored that Shia LaBeouf and Michael Cera were in talks for the role of founder Mark Zuckerberg, Variety reports that newcomer Jesse Eisenberg has snagged the gig, and Andrew Garfield will play Eduardo Saverin, the Facebook co-founder who fell out with Zuckerberg when the site took off.

The flick focuses on the evolution of Facebook and how it's overnight success and wealth changed the lives of the classmates who created it. Production will begin next month in Boston and then move to Los Angeles.

Kudos to Justin and Colts quarterback Peyton Manning for learning a few lines of Mandarin for this Sony commercial. And check out JT's backhand? Who knew he was so good at ping pong!

Neil Patrick Harris, fresh off of hosting the Tony Awards earlier this year, will host the 61st Emmy Awards later this Sunday... and we think he'll do very well! NPH is like Ellen at these things, and there's nothing wrong with that!

Meanwhile, Justin Timberlake is up for a couple Emmys this year - the singer won the award for best host (of SNL) at the Creative Arts Emmys and is also nominated for his song collaboration with Andy Samberg, "Motherlover." Kudos!

And don't forget about Tina Fey! She already won one for her turn as Sarah Palin on SNL; plus, she's also nominated for her role in 30 Rock.

The 61st annual Primetime Creative Arts Emmys at the Nokia Theater took place in LA this weekend and JT - who was a no-show - took home a statue for hosting Saturday Night Live, reports Variety. Congrats!

Tina Fey also won for guest starring on SNL as Sarah Palin which, in my opinion, was completely deserved.

On a sad note, Intervention won Outstanding Reality Program, meaning Kathy Griffin's My Life on the D-List did NOT win. Boo!

While it's expected that Victoria Beckham and Lindsay Lohan would jet over to NYC for Fashion Week, we're not so sure about Avril Lavigne and some of the other celebs we snapped out last night!

Of course, Justin Timberlake wasn't a surprise, but that thing on his lower lip sure is! Is that what I think it is?

Justin had a guys' night out last night at Dominick's in West Hollywood, and we were surprised to see the usually petulant star with a big ol' grin on his adorable face!

Could it have something to do with the fact that his girlfriend Jessica was nowhere in sight?

Not only did Justin and Jessica attend the Kings of Leon concert Saturday night, they also managed to pencil in dinner at Madeo in Bev Hills... and we can't help but comment on how cute JT looks in his (prescription) glasses! Very classy, right? The hat pretty much completes the look, too.

Now if only he'd find a new girl!

Everyone in Hollywood apparently attended the Kings of Leon concert last night, including still-together couple Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel. I'm still waiting for them to break up and Justin to get back together with Britney... but I have a feeling it's not gonna happen. Damn!

Despite rumors that Justica were on the outs, an X17online spy tells us that they are very much together and going strong!

Our source inside the clubs tells us that last night at Crown Bar:

"Justin and Jessica were totally all good. Hand holding, hugging, making out - the works. They stayed for a little bit over and hour and hung out with friends including JC Chasez. They looked happy and in love."

And these guys are so in sync, they even wore matching tops for their sexy night out - It MUST be true love!
