Justin Timberlake's Restaurant May Not Be So Hospitable After All!

Justin Timberlake jtimberlake111308_01_X17.jpg A former busboy at Justin Timberlake's NYC restaurant, Southern Hospitality, is suing the establishment, claiming that his bosses violated wage and hour laws.

According to NY Daily News, Felipe Ramales filed the lawsuit in Manhattan Federal Court yesterday, and his lawyer, Jeff Gottlieb said there could be as many as 50 other disgruntled employees who are eligible for payback if the judge decides to make the lawsuit a class action.

No word on whether or not the food is any good...

Timberlake, I'm sure, has nothing to do with the day to day running of the restaurant and why didn't you print the whole story. Also about Jay-Z's and Robert DeNiro's restaurants in New York being sued for the same thing. It's an EX busboy and just a couple of others. And restaurant manager, chris russell said staffers took home every bit of their tips and were paid well above minimum wage. He said everything is baseless. Funny you left all that out.

Just shows he didn't know WTF he was talking about when he was campaining so hard for Obama. He was pushing so hard for the "redistribution of wealth" yet he's slave laboring for less than minimum wage in his own restaurant.

Just another lazy Mexican wanting the money but not willing to work for it. I loved that day last year when they "went on strike". Nobody was on the subways and the air smelled so clean and clear : )
