Ain't pregnant, that is! No WAY this girl's got a bun in the oven; I can practically see her abs through her silk cover-up.

We caught Kate biking around Miami yesterday and guess who's in town preparing to shoot a new film -- Mr. Owen Wilson! So what's Kate doing there?

Well apparently she had dinner with Helen Hunt and Demi Moore last night, according to our sources. Wild trio, huh?!

She sure looks happy -- is it just the Miami sun?

Kate's in town to premiere her short film at the Miami Film Festival. Owen is there to start filming on "Marley & Me". They are NOT back together - that's all gossip and publicity bullshit. Owen doesn't want to commit to ANYONE and his suicide attempt was not about her ...
