I dont think she is wallowing in self pity. She is very concerned and she cares. Owen is someody she cares about very much. Ya know...sometimes it seems we just cant do enough at the times when we need to. We feel bad and wonder what we could have done differently.

I knew what was up with poor Owen the second I saw the pics of her with Dax acting like they're married, so quickly after the breakup. My opinion of her went right in the toilet. She knew that Dax guy for what, a week, and had her kid riding on his shoulders. I mean, wow! So when that relationship ends, which it inevitably will, this is more drama than anyone can tolerate, how confused is that kid going to be then? Think of what that kid must think now. Daddy? He of course is used to him. Owen? He spent a year with Owen, probably formed a bond there as well. Dax? Rode on his shoulders. Daddy? Yep, rode on his too, same day even! New guy?
