Kurt helped raise all of Goldie's kids why shouldn't Kate think of Kurt as a dad, her own dad wasn't in the picture that much of her life. Kurt loves all of Goldie's kids like if they were his own. He has always been there for them. So in less you know what incest is then keep your mouths shut. And if that had happened Goldie would have kicked his butt. They are a family always and forever.
