Is super-model and notorious party-girl Kate Moss gearing up for a second pregnancy?

So says the Mail, which reports that Kate gave her nanny double the bonus and told her to be expecting double the work in '09!

Kate's already mom to Lila Grace, 6, from a previous relationship but apparently she's desperate to get preggers with boyfriend Jamie Hince's child!

The waif, her man and her daughter are currently in Thailand, where “Kate has been smoking and having the odd drink on holiday, but will start her detox in earnest when she is on her own with Jamie," a source tells the paper.

'She wants to wait until she has cleaned out her system before attempting to get pregnant."
