On the January 21st episode of ABC's Grey's Anatomy, Kat Heigl's character Izzie returns "hoping to reconcile with Alex," with whom she's separated from... and the network even released a pic from the episode above!

Hmm, it looks like they're finally going to have a serious talk! Thing is, I can't imagine the two are going to reconcile, what with Izzie's - er, I mean Heigl's - blossoming film career.

Thoughts???

Katherine Heigl and hubby Josh Kelley adopted a 10-month-old baby girl from Korea named Nancy Leigh, nicknamed Naleigh, back in September 2009...

Then in November, we snapped Kat and her new daughter in Beverly Hills, both decked out in purple!

What can I say? I'm not the biggest Katherine Heigl fan - I mean, obvs! - despite the fact that I enjoy her rom-coms. But this is something else entirely: Kat has done a genuinely good thing here, so props to her! Nice for sure.

Katherine Heigl was spotted taking her two dogs to the vet yesterday, where her dad helped her check one of them into the animal center.

Kat wouldn't say what kind of procedure her pup had done, but it must not of been too serious, cause the pooch was wagging his tail when his mom came to pick him up!

Now only if Katherine would appear that happy when we saw her...

We caught Katherine Heigl and hubby Josh Kelley out and about yesterday evening, and it looks like the two had a blast celebrating Kat's 31st birthday. In the afternoon the two dined at the Desert Rose restaurant in Los Feliz, and then they headed home for a few hours to primp and check on their daughter Naleigh. The couple headed out again, this time stopping by Beso in Hollywood for dinner and drinks. Sounds like a sweet b-day to me!

P.S. I'm not sure when Katherine Heigl had the time to sneak into Adam Lambert's dressing room and steal one of his fancy leather jackets, but clearly she's more talented than we previously thought!

Her own, in fact! And the new baby is adorable Nancy Leigh, who is one year old today.

We truly applaud Katherine Heigl for doing such a noble thing. Almost makes us rethink all the stuff we've said about her! Almost.

The new mom was spotted running errands around town the other day and, we have to ask, isn't she a little toasty in that covered-up outfit?

Sidebar, is it just us or has she packed on the pounds a little bit? Just saying!

Such a doting dad! Katherine Heigl's husband Josh Kelley took their baby girl out for a stroll in Brentwood over the weekend and we managed to get a quick glimpse of the father/daughter pair!

Then on Sunday, the fam took a private jet out of the Burbank airport:

Yesterday afternoon, Katherine Heigl took her daughter Naleigh to the Grey's Anatomy set, and judging by the disgusted look on Kat's face, it looks like her baby girl might have spit up some formula on her! Or maybe Kat was mad that someone woke the little one up from her nap? We did notice a sign on her trailer that read, "Baby sleeping :) Shh..."

Ya'd think after becoming a father to an adorable baby girl, Katherine Heigl's hubby Josh Kelley would be all fluffy kittens and rainbows and Care Bears, but instead we snapped him out wearing this gun tee with a matching menacing look on his face.

Maybe he's just sick of being referred to as Kat Heigl's husband!

There's always a new "top earners" list from Forbes, and this week it's the prime time top earning women!

Number one is, of course, Tyra Banks - she earns the majority of her $30 million from America's Next Top Model. And number two is Katherine Heigl (Grey's Anatomy) with $18 mil.

Hmm, is this deserved? Tyra IS trying to be the new Oprah, but Kat Heigl is just annoying!

Grey's Anatomy actress Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley have officially adopted their 10 month old baby girl from Korea - this pic and a few others now appear on Katherine's fundraising site. Naeligh is just a nickname for Nancy Leigh, after Heigl's mother and sister.

Katherine Heigl's hubby Josh Kelley didn't have anything to say to photogs when we spotted him unloading his car at the couple's Los Feliz home yesterday, but a little bit later we caught Kat's Grey's co-star Ellen Pompeo arriving with a gift basket! Dr. Tommy Tomizawa was also spotted leaving the home, and we're not sure whether little Naleigh is in California yet, but given who's been coming and going to the Heigl household, it sure seems like she is!

Okay, so babies aren't exactly dropped off by FedEx, but Katherine Heigl's baby girl Naleigh should be arriving in Los Angeles any day now! Yesterday we spotted the expectant mama at her house, and we can't wait to see her holding her new daughter!

Katherine Heigl and hubby Josh Kelley are adopting a special needs baby girl from Korea, and in an interview which will air on Friday's Ellen DeGeneres Show, the actress reveals that her daughter will arrive in California very soon, but she still hasn't met the little one!

Katherine told Ellen, "They sent us a picture. They told us that it was a little girl and who she was and the information about six months ago. It was meant to take a long time. This sort of thing can take years.”

“She has special needs. She is a special needs baby and because of that it all moved so much faster," Katherine added. "They wanted to get her to us as quickly as possible." Katherine said she plans to name the baby girl Naleigh, in honor of her mother Nancy and sister Leigh, and the two almost share the same birthday! “She was actually born the day before me in November, which I thought was really serendipitous and just kind of like a sign."

Katherine said she discussed adoption with Josh before the two even got engaged, since it is an issue that hits close to home for her, as her sister Leigh was adopted as well. Katherine says, "It’s been a big part of my life and my family. My sister is Korean and my parents adopted her back in the '70s and so I just always knew that this is something I wanted to do. I made that really clear because not everybody is down with that. Not everybody thinks that. I just wanted to make sure that I was marrying a guy who understands that this was going to have to happen. So about a year ago is when we said, 'Okay! Let’s start the process and the process is intense. It’s just as intense I’m sure to have a baby biologically because you’re going through the whole physical sort of thing of it."

Think Katherine will be a good mama? She better quit smoking!

Actress Katherine Heigl is taking a leave of absence from Grey's Anatomy to film a new romantic comedy, Life as We Know It.

ABC and Grey's producers have accommodated Katherine's busy schedule before, but this is definitely the first time they've given her permission to leave the show for an extended period of time, reports to Entertainment Weekly.

Hey, after Katherine slammed the show for making her work a 17 hour day, we're surprised they're not firing her! Maybe they want to keep her as a member of the cast just to torture her? Even better!

Oh, Katherine - at least she was nice enough to throw the baby shower at her own house!

Mom-to-be Ellen Pompeo and all of her friends (including some other Grey's Anatomy co-stars) came by yesterday afternoon, bringing gifts from the Juvenile Shop in Sherman Oaks where Ellen is registered. The baby is due this October.

And who else showed up? None other than "naked" tape star Rebecca Gayheart:

Let's hope that wasn't awkward! I don't think tabloid scandals are appropriate for baby showers.
