Well I'm a woman and I thought the movie was funny! She was playing a character who happens to be a certain way. I don't think it is interpreted by many to speak for all women everywhere. She should lighted up a bit. Didn't she say something recently about her Grey's Anatomy character too? What is it with her needing to publicly diss her own work? She has fans. Well, if she was so dissatisfied about portraying that kind of woman then why don't she repay the salary that was paid. Plus she can contact the higher ups and tell them that she do not want any part of the future royalties from the film.

If Katherine continues to do well in her career so she gets her choice of rolls, will she only choose roles whose character she feels is ideal in every way? Or will she choose flawed characters (ya know: human) so that the audience can either learn lessons interwoven into the story, or entertain us with silly but humorous situations? Knocked up was a TERRIBLE movie.. total gargabe humor, stupid story line, and about two hours too long. Hopefully Katherine will think twice before doing another movie like this one.
