With the weather having turned colder in New York, Katie bundled up in an adorable cloche hat and a beautiful belted basket weave coat. It's been quite a while since we've seen the Denim Diva in those pegged and rolled disasters -- if this is the new style she's going to be rocking, we definitely approve!
Although she's kept most of herself under wraps, there's one thing that's exposed -- her toes in those patent peep-toe pumps!
Earlier that day she was spotted in red heels...wonder why she changed?
