Here's Mrs. Tom Cruise leaving rehearsal in NYC on Saturday, and stopping to sign some autographs and take a couple pix with fans. What a considerate celeb! Besides, it's not every day we get to see Katie smile...

Let's hope she doesn't turn into Jessica Biel!
