I think that Kate looks great for just having had a baby a few months ago. I wish I could have dropped the post preggers weight that quickly, it took me two years to do it!
However, I will say that I wish Tom and Kate would take their daughter out with them. This child never seems to see the light of day. I'm not saying they need to parade her around for photogs, but it would help out TomKat's image a whole lot if people could see them out and about with their daughter doing everyday things. Plus, as a mom, when I see pics of Kate and Tom I'd like to see them with their child. Suri seems to spend an awful lot of time with the hired help and not her actual parents. What, Kate just couldn't possibly take Suri with her to go shopping for baby clothes? Studio sources estimated the DVD sold 3.7 million units in the week ended November 5, more than either of the two previous releases in the lucrative Paramount franchise. And that's not counting 20,000 units sold on the two next-generation formats, HD DVD and Blu-ray Disc -- making "M:I 3" the biggest-selling next-gen title since HD DVD's April launch.
"Over the Hedge" was No. 2 spot on Nielsen VideoScan's First Alert sales chart for a second week, while "Nacho Libre" slipped to No. 4, right behind "Monster House," the previous week's top seller.
In rental stores, "M:I 3" generated an impressive $11.3 million to take the No. 1 spot on trade publication Home Media Retailing's chart, bumping "The Break-Up" to No. 2, with $6.8 million. After three weeks in stores, "The Break-Up" has earned more than 20% of its $118.7 million box office at the rental counter alone.

er.. MI3 DVD sales are actually high because no one bother going to the cinema watch it, they just waited for it to come out on DVD instead. So no, that's not good news for Tom as he can no longer bring people to the cinemas, partly the reason why he got dumped from Paramount.
Steph, I call $400m taking for M:I3 serious money. Even Batman begin and Superman return didn't make that much money with smilar budget. About Tom and paramount there is more to the story than meets the eye that is why many Hollywood people were very suprise at the S.R decision...after $400m taking at the cinema people are still buying the DVD and renting it. Now Tom can run his own studio which gives him even more power. At the end of the day people are watching him either at the movies or DVD.

The mainstream media is relying on individuals to not read past the headlines. They're relying on individuals to not do any research for themselves. This story is also ol' man Redstone's senility acting up.
Why is Tom Cruise, day after day barraged with insults and lied about in the press with wild abandon? Is it because his behavior is so completely reckless and what he speaks of is so completely off-base? Or is it really that he spoke the truth and might have hurt an industry that relies on the public's ignorance in order to survive?
