I think that the pics are the same location because the street sign is the same as is the property sign with the red sticker on it...I think that the first pic is just farther away than the second. None the less, I am glad that KU was not hurt. As for his sobriaty, he is facing that demon but I doubt that if he was drunk that he would be going to an AA meeting, that he would have noticed or cared that he was being followed by the papparazzi and I HIGHLY doubt that he would have had the insight to lay his bike down instead of hitting a car head on. His reflexes probably would have been slowed....just my opinion.
