Hmm, This Outfit Looks Familiar!

I always praise Kelly Osbourne for having such a unique style, but it looks like Ozzy's daughter totally stole teen queen Miley Cyrus' outfit from the "Bolt" premiere! On Monday night Miley rocked a red skirt with a grey tank top and a black waist belt, and just two days later, Kelly wore the same thing. Yikes! Think newly engaged Kelly cares that someone convinced her to buy Hannah Montana's clothes?

I have to disagree with the majority of you. Miley clearly wore it better of the two. Miley complimented the dress with her accessories. And I'm not digging the studs on Kelly's belt. Miley all the way!
