This one took a while to figure out. Kelly Osbourne waits for her car on Melrose while a pink haired teenager does a fairy dance before flicking off our pap. On further inspection I heard Kelly say, "Thanks," and realized she was using this punk/goth/riot girl in the same way that Candyman uses bees! She should always be surrounded by protective swarms of teenage goth girls ready to attack!
