Kelly, who lost a lot of weight recently, must be on the "lollipop diet" - literally!

Photogs snapped some pix of Kelly, back in LA, sucking on a lolli in her car on the way to some super-important event, we're sure.

But with all that pale makeup on, she's looking a bit Morticia-ish! Maybe it's time to eat some real food!

Kelly has no choice! The way her face and her body is, she can only play it eccentric. There is no way on earth that poor girl can wear some really sexy clothes and normal makeup and look nice, so she probably chose to play it that way.
