Who's Cuter?
Kelly Osbourne and her adorable Shiba Inu puppy were spotted out in Hollywood yesterday afternoon, and as much as we love Kelly and her unique sense of style, we're gonna have to say that the dog wins this cuteness competition! Don't let the pooch's sweet little face fool you though - Shibas are notorious for being mischief makers, so we bet Kelly has her hands full with this one!
Seriously though, I LOVE Kelly.
