More Drama For Kelly Rutherford...
And sadly, we're not talking about another Gossip Girl spin-off...
We snapped Kelly Rutherford leaving a custody hearing today in Santa Monica, and we hear things are starting to get really ugly between the CW star and her estranged husband, Daniel Giersch.
According to the LA Times, Giersch reportedly wants the judge to prohibit Rutherford from taking their 2-year-old son Hermes to New York, claiming that she has anger issues (uh huh), among other things. Rutherford said she's had to call the police twice on Giersch, and she added that he has threatened to teach her a lesson by taking the child, and she calls him a "flight risk."
The feuding parents will both testify tomorrow, and a judge will then decide whether or not Rutherford can take her son to NYC this weekend. Both Rutherford and Giersch want sole custody of Hermes with monitored visitation.
