Well, according to his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, the answer is an emphatic "no!"
Kevin Federline's attorney, who was partying at Villa with Hollywood's other most visible mouthpiece, Paris Hilton's rep (and now K-Fed's as well!), Kaplan, told photogs that Kevin held "zero" responsibility for Britney's downfall and was not pursuing any additional custody.
