I don't know about the media leaks. I really don't pay much attention to them.

One thing I watched live was an awards show where Britney was a presenter. This was shortly after she had filed for divorce. I can't remember who opened the show, but they made a few jokes about K-Fed being Fed-Ex. Britney broke down in tears. She quickly presented the award & left immediately, but not before the cameras caught her crying as she exited the stage. She was with Paris at the time. Paris immediately made a statement on Britney's behalf asking everyone not to make crude jokes on Kevin's behalf because he is the father of her children.

For Britney to be that upset - and again, those who watched the show saw it - makes me think that the media leaks are false. Britney has never made any disparaging remarks publicly herself. There isn't one instance where she's slammed Kevin. I think she still cares about him & I think all this choosing sides is hurtful to her. There really are no sides when a family is involved. I just hope everything works out okay.

The reason you don’t see pictures of K-Fed with his children is because his attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan won’t let him. Mr. Kaplan is going to argue that one of the reasons K-Fed should get full custody is because Brittney uses her kids for publicity and that it is harmful to the children. If K-Fed is seen around town with his kids, the Judge won’t buy into that excuse. Unfortunately every time Brittney steps out of her house with the children she plays right into Mark Vincent Kaplan’s hand.
