The seller is also using this auction for PR purposes. They claim on their website that they are doing the auction in association with EBAY. Even going so far as to say that ebay is sponsoring the auction and placing on your marquee front page.

The auction is being used to promote a website, under the guise that it is for charity. EBAY users should not have to see EBAY used by scammers to promote themselves under the guise of charity and with the backing of EBAY itself.

Furthermore, and lastly, the fake bids on this item ran the price up thousands of dollars. None of the newbie accounts are within the top bid range. ALL FALSE BIDS SHOULD BE RETRACTED and the PRICE RESET to a value appropriate for what it would be without the fake bids.

In the interest of charity, and the simple fact that they are advertising this extensively as a partnership with Ebay, this item should be re-listed, removed, or reset as stated above.

It is items like this, the fake nigerian bidders, etc... that is making it harder and harder for an 8 yr user to have any faith in the validity and sanctity of ebay's auctions.

Yea, Ive been in homes with small children where there's chaos, but there is still communication going on between the parents and the kids, something that the court monitor said that was missing in Mamma Spears house. The trouble-plagued pop tart was reportedly slapped with the order after she was spotted by paparazzi running a red light with the children Thursday.

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon called a hearing on the matter today at the request of lawyers for Spears' ex-hubby, Kevin Federline, who lodged a complaint about her wild ride with sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

A shutterbug working for the X17 photo agency who snapped Spears running the light reportedly testified about what he saw.

The tape of Britney running the red light was not viewed today, but it was a major point of the hearing, a source told People magazine.

Britney's lawyer's brought in an expert who argued that, for whatever reason, Britney could have made the turn through the red light.

The court sealed the order and the parties would not discuss what happened at the 90-minute court hearing. Spears lawyer afterward said the hearing went great, according to People.

"I can't tell you what was discussed, I can't tell you what was in the papers, I can't even tell you what was in the order," Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan said.

However, TMZ.com reported that Gordon barred the singer from getting behind the wheel with the two children indefinitely.

This isn't the only trouble Spears has gotten into while riding with her kids in cars.

She was probed by child welfare officials after she was spotted driving with Sean in her lap last year.

A court appointed monitor at a visitation between parent and children is supposed to be there to ensure that nothing harmful happens to the child. Their job is not to give opinions on every interaction between parent and child. There are wide diversities in interaction in all families. One family is not like another and parents and children are not like other families. If they were, we'd all be robots or clones.

We are supposed to celebrate individuality, not make us clones of a textbook model of parents. We'd all fail.

And now a Federline family insider is speaking out about the boys life with their world famous parents.

A family insider claimed: “The boys love both their mom and dad.

“But they seem happier when they are staying at Kevin’s rather than Britney’s. It’s obviously less chaotic when they are dads.”

Since the couple’s split and ensuing custody battle Kevin has remained largely out of the spotlight.

But Britney’s troubles have been well chronicled.

Friends of Federline say the wannabe rapper chose to keep low-key in order to protect his kids - something he fears Britney is unable to do.

A source said: “When the boys are at Kevin’s life is normal except when they go outside.

“Paparazzi is always around so Kevin has to shield them. When they are put into the car to go somewhere they get very excited.

“Kevin was raised in a normal, loving family so he has made it a priority to make sure the boys have the same upbringing. Their daily routine is like any other kid.

“They get their naps, meals and snacks on time each day.

“They have lots of playtime. They have dinner with Kevin everyday and then they might watch TV or dance with Kevin in his studio.

“The kids are happy and relaxed with Kevin.”

Life with dad seems the polar opposite of the two daytime visits and one overnight stay a judge currently allows Britney with her boys.

I think the paps of X17 should stop following Brit and hound Kfed. I would like to REALLY see the other side and how he is doing. I would like to see photos of him and how he interacts with his children ... not the hired help. I would like to see what Kfed does when he DOESN't have the children. Maybe then I would feel the coverage is fair. I know he isn't really news, but hounding Brit is part of her problems. Before anyone says she "hires" X17 and calls the paps ... if that were true, the pap that was recently injured in an accident following her, X17 claimed was a spotter, would NOT have been needed if X17 already knew where she would be. LOL, 10:44. I saw those last night and couldn't believe my eyes. I think LipDissolve or whatever it is takes fat from the legs and puts it into the stomach and hips.
