The Commish in the Brit case just issued his order -- K-Fed gets sole legal and physical custody.

Brit's visitation has been "suspended pending further order of the court." The order is in effect till January 14. There will be a hearing then to determine where the case goes.

Kevin hasn't even asked for what he is entitled to now. I hope he finally asks for more money. She only supports her children with 2% of her income. That in America is called a dead beat. She spends more in a month on hotels than she does to support her children.
All bullshit aside, I really hope that she is finally able to get some real help now and get her life together. I do not feel that the kids should be away from either one of their parents, but I do feel that at this point it is in their best interest to be away from Britney. A RECAP of Britney Spears MENTAL BREAKDOWN

It started late last night when Britney Spears was scheduled to release her children back to her ex-husband Kevin Federline's body guard...

Things got ugly when Spears had the police called on her by the court-appointed monitor that stated Spears 'began behaving erratically.'

Shortly after she put her son Preston in the car, Britney locked herself in a room with her other son Jayden. The cops then arrived and after getting into the house they got through the door and tied her down to a gurney.

After being strapped down like a mental patient Spears was said to be laughing and then the next minute she was in pure hysterics.

A source tells Us Weekly "It was a total psychotic breakdown. She just went crazy."

Another Spears pal says: "I guess she has good days and bad days - it's mental instability. All she has is to think of something sad and she goes crazy.”

Brit's son Sean Preston was taken to the hospital by Federline's assistant, and Jayden James was in the ambulance with the court ordered monitor.

"It will be a LONG time before her kids are back in her custody in any form," a friend of Spears adds.

After her arrival at Cedar-Sinai Medical Center, the media photographed Britney's dad Jamie who remains at the hospital with his daughter, who is on suicide watch and is undergoing a psychiatric evaluation for the next 72-hours. It has been rumored that she will stay hospitalized for the next 14 days.

While Brit has nearly deleted all her family out of her life, her mother Lynne was called by Access Hollywood who asked for prayers while in tears over the phone. Brother Bryan Spears is currently on his way to Los Angeles to be with his sick sister.

Early reports indicated that cops believed Britney appeared to be under the influence of a substance when they arrived on the scene. But an LAPD spokesperson was unable to confirm or deny that information for Life & Style on Friday morning.

After Britney Spears was taken from her home, she was placed in an ambulance and questioned by an EMT.

Upon arriving at the hospital on the evening of Jan. 3, she met briefly a triage nurse before being turned over to the psychiatric department. She was said to be fond of internet recently. Some of her fans found her on a millionaire&celebs club BillionaireCupid.com. She has a personal account there with her pictures, blog...In her friend circle, some other stars can be found there.
