Canadians Love Kiefer!
Just hours after he was arrested for his fourth DUI, Kiefer was given the "Award of Excellence" from the Canadian actor's union ACTRA. He also gets points for having a chauffeur drive him to the ceremony...who says he's a slow learner?
Wonder if they also give out awards for Xmas Tree Jumping? Kiefer would win that one for sure!
