A Reality Check For Khloe Kardashian
We caught Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian playing on a swingset in a park yesterday afternoon. Surprisingly, Khloe didn't look to be having much fun - although that might have something to do with getting sent to jail for a probation violation!
The AP reports that a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered Khloe Kardashian to surrender to authorities by Friday and serve up to 30 days in jail for violating the terms of a probation agreement stemming from a 2007 drunk driving arrest.
Upon her release, Kardashian will have three weeks to enroll in an alcohol treatment program (one of the terms of her probation which she'd violated). She will also remain on probation.
"Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved," her publicist, Jeff Raymond, told the AP.
Poor Khloe - but then again, don't do the crime if you can't do the time!
What do you think - is Khloe a big enough star to get the same kind of behind-bars treatment as someone like Nicole Richie? Or will the courts use her to make a point a la Paris?
