Kim Kardashian may be one of the hardest working women in reality tv, but that doesn't mean she hasn't got time for a little personal grooming!

After a lunch meeting with her momager at Ivy at the Shore, Kim headed to Laser Away in West Hollywood -- the hair removal and botox specialists!

Ever since reuniting with Reggie, rumors of a second Kardashian marriage have been running rampant. Is Kim at the medi-spa for a routine appointment, or is she trying to get herself ready for her wedding night?



If Kim and Reggie pull the trigger, that will be two pro-sports son-in-laws for the Jenner/Kardashians!
