Kim Stewart works out at the same gym as Cameron does, and when we saw her leaving yesterday, it seemed she was getting the same treatment as well! Cam's trainer escorted her to the parking lot, (the same thing he does for Cameron), but there wasn't exactly the same type of crowd for Kim as there usually is for Cameron!
Nice that Kim keeps her sense of humor about things...though you'd have to if you were most famous for being the girl who fell off her chopper on the red carpet - with no undies on!
